Took my 7 year old with me for an impromptu nail date. They were busy so we returned an hour later at their requested time. We arrived and were sested and basically the colors were thrown at us by a rude young boy. We sat waiting in silence 10 more minutes. An older gentleman came to work in my hands. Though very little english i showed him an inspo picture. Long story short he botched them. I asked him to keep my length (natural nails) he chipped them all short. Started white french with no base. I wanted neon orange. I was left with short cloudy smudged nails. They started my daughter after i was already finished. I had a reuniin to attend and didnt have time for a redo. I complained and was given no explanation apology or offer to fix. Despite being severly disappointed. I had a giftcard to pay. The little rude boy laughed at me when i presented it... then stood there staring at me. Didnt give me a total or recipt or thank me. He literally just stood there staring. I got shellac and so did my daughter. My giftcard was $55. Still no idea what it cost as he took it and said nothing. I felt mistreated and it was a very poor first experience. No one said a word the whole time. For lack of skill and customer service we will NOT be returning. read more
