Took my 7 year old with me for an impromptu nail date. They were busy so we returned an hour later at their requested time. We arrived and were sested and basically the colors were thrown at us by a rude young boy. We sat waiting in silence 10 more minutes. An older gentleman came to work in my hands. Though very little english i showed him an inspo picture. Long story short he botched them. I asked him to keep my length (natural nails) he chipped them all short. Started white french with no base. I wanted neon orange. I was left with short cloudy smudged nails. They started my daughter after i was already finished. I had a reuniin to attend and didnt have time for a redo. I complained and was given no explanation apology or offer to fix. Despite being severly disappointed. I had a giftcard to pay. The little rude boy laughed at me when i presented it... then stood there staring at me. Didnt give me a total or recipt or thank me. He literally just stood there staring. I got shellac and so did my daughter. My giftcard was $55. Still no idea what it cost as he took it and said nothing. I felt mistreated and it was a very poor first experience. No one said a word the whole time. For lack of skill and customer service we will NOT be returning. read more

SO upset I left this place crying.. first off all I asked for The acrylic powder so my nails wouldn't chip and she refused to do it. So then she painted my nails and left me to help another customer. While my nails were drying they started to crinkle and I wanted her to fix it but she was too busy to help me. She asked me to pay before my nails were even done.. and then I called the next day because I was so upset with how my nails looked so they told me to come back tomorrow... when I arrived they told me to come back in a half hour.. REALLY next time prioritize your customers and finish helping them before you help someone else. Waste of my money and I will NEVER recommend this or return. I would honestly rather my money back but don't want to go back in. read more

I am not a fan of this salon, or rather, the girl who did my nails. I didn't get her name unfortunately as she was not wearing a name tag. I had a full acrylic set done with colored powder. As I did ask for thinner acrylic, once it was sanded down, there were at good 4 or 5 bare spots which she did not check for and applied the gel top coat over. She said she could remove the gel and fix them but I didn't have time. The acrylic looks very uneven as well, especially around the cuticle area. On top of this, they don't have a Visa machine and I was charged $52. Outrageous. read more

Very poor service to my elderly mother who had her finger and toe nails trimmed. No plastic lining placed in her foot bath while others had this, water was not warm enough and when asked to warm it up they turned it on then pulled her feet out. They did not smile or acknowledge her. No filing, no questions asked about how long or how short, no cream put on her hands or feet. My mother had no use of one arm. She was very well groomed and didn't deserve this treatment. I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

Worst Salon I ever went to. The owner was rude and belligerent. When we discussed how I wanted my nails done...barely shortened, I started reading a book. When I looked down he had completely changed the rounded shape and made them super short. He said, "it's your fault for reading a book"...REALLY?!?! They made no attempt to find a solution or re-do the job...instead charging me full price. read more

The nail techs are so nice at this salon and they do a very thorough job. I went in for a pedicure over the weekend and it was very busy, but Tammy managed to slot me in anyways. The service is prompt, my toes look great, and I would definitely come back. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!. I got a full set 3 days ago and they look like I've had them for a few weeks, they didn't do a proper job. The sides of my real nails are showing a lot to the point where you can see where the fake nail starts and ends because she didn't mold the nail all the way to the sides nor did she use the right size tips ( there not the right size width wise, I don't have super wide nails ), this is causing the nails to slowly chip away from the outer corners just from washing my hands... Keep in mind it's been 3 days, even if a person was to be careless, and I am the complete opossite, it shouldn't look this bad. They didn't push my cuticles back, didn't take care of the "hang nail". The girl "Van" didn't even finish the job, she went and started on another customer and got some girl who's only been doing nails for 3 months to do the rest. When I tried to get her to fix my thumb which had "set" with a HUGE lump/bump from too much top coat, she didn't understand and just kept nodding her head because she spoke ZERO English.... Makes me wonder... How could she have gone to a cosmetology school, or some form of a nail technician school if she spoke No English. The nails ended up being waaayy too thick if you look at them head on.. And I mean THICK. There's also a few of the fakes that don't go straight like my real nail would so you can see the side of my nail, kind of like I was saying above except this is caused by the "nail technician" gluing the tip on crooked and then molding the nail crooked also. Like I said.. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE job. Definitely do NOT go here. This isn't my first time getting nails, so I do know what to expect and it is definitely not this. Im super pissed that I paid money for such a job, but I guess that's what happens when you go to some random shop just cause your in that city. Went for basic natural mani no polish. Place was empty on a Thursday afternoon. The 4 staff were doing each others nails and playing around on their phones. I got the girl with no English. The file and sanding block were obviously used on every customer before me. The place is dirty. I'm not sure if any tools are autoclaved . They all sit there talking with each other in Vietnamese. I find this to be very rude in a business setting. Mani took all of 15 mins. I'll never go back nor refer anyone. I'm off to Cloud 9 from now on. Nick & Van should clean up this business and stop speaking Vietnamese during business hours. I wonder what unannounced visit from the Health Dept would find. read more

This place should not even be in business. The techs were rude. Had my nails filled and a pedicure done yesterday. My big toe is throbbing today because the lady nicked, cut and stabbed me numorous times with the 'tools'. I hope they were clean...She did not use the callous scrub and my toes nails looked like a child painted them. My acrylic nails were done by a different lady who burnt every nail with the electric file and cut the underside of my finger while shortening the length. I also had a chemical reaction on my thumb because she applied too much primer prior to applying the acrylic. It felt as though I had a hot match held against my thumb nail for about a minute. When I left, they tried to charge me for a full set instead of a fill as they have no prices posted. Worst place to go read more

I would have given more stars if the service had been remotely acceptable. I gave this place 2 tries, hoping my first experience was an anomaly.. First time I went there was one other customer there, 2 of the girls were chatting at the back ignoring us both. When they finally deigned to look over and seat us at a station they stopped about 4 times in the first 2 minutes chatting to each other. Yes seriously they kept stopping, to the point where the other customer had to say "girls please catch up later". Then my nail tech started to work on my nails again until their phone rang 5 seconds later, she stopped, got up, and answered it. I wouldn't have had an issue except there was another person there that was not with a customer, she could easily have answered the phone since she was free. I actually had to ask my nail tech to let the unoccupied person answered the phone instead of leaving me every 5 mins. Not a good impression but the other customer remarked that she usually had decent service. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I tried again. The second time, I was perplexed when the nail tech finished my nails with Nail Envy... This is the first time I have ever had that happen when I've had a gel refill and my nails didn't go under the curing light. I asked about it, couldn't ask him because he walked away after putting a fan on the desk... The fan wasn't even on and he walked away and didn't bother to check on me. The nail tech that was working on the lady beside me had to turn it on ... I asked about why I was under a fan and not under a light, the two had a conversation in Vietnamese and they started laughing and looking at me. The other girl started to put a gel top coat on my nails and put my hands under the uv light all the while giggling away... So they were laughing in my face and thought it would be ok. No apologies or anything. Yes I really want spend $$ at a place that thinks it's ok to ridicule a customer in Vietnamese or even give that impression. A real shame, I was hoping to make this place my regular nail place because I did like the end result but the search continues. I will never go there again. read more

Not a good experience, will not be going back. Went in for a routine pedicure, thought I'd try them out. The staff were rude, the nail-tech doing my feet was rough, completely careless, one of my toes was bleeding because she cut the nail too short. At one point she used her arm to wipe her nose, her hair dragged across my wet toe polish, I had to ask that she use nail polish remover to remove polish off my skin - the whole thing was sloppy & gross. I had an appointment on Monday and had Solar nails applied. I went there because I had seen one customer of theirs nails and hers seemed so "real". My Solar nails were so thick that I could not pick up my debit card from a counter! I went home and filed the tops to a reasonable thickness (which the tech. should have done, but was in too big of rush to get the next customer in) and could easily pick up items on a flat surface! If you have these nails done ask them to make them thinner and you will like them better! I have filed down two nails and am going to purchase an electric file tomorrow to make the rest of my nails "usable"! I may go back, but I would DEFINITELY request that they take "more off the top"! Not so expensive that I felt ripped off, but too thick for use! read more

I had been happily attending this nail salon for about 4 months. As a busy stay at home mom, having my nails done was a very special "me time" luxury. The last time I went for a fill things were going as usual until my nail tech got to the top coat. Instead of gel, like I always get, she applied normal clear nail polish. After I realized what was happening I asked her if she was using nail polish. When she responded "yes" I told her that I actually wanted gel. Her response was, "oh well, maybe next time". I was shocked. She continued and finished the job. When I went to pay she asked me if I was happy with my nails. I said I wasn't because I wanted a gel top coat. She said nothing. I was so disappointed that I actually had tears come to my eyes. After I had calmed down I went back to talk to them and tell them that I didn't get what I wanted. They said they would redo them but that I would have to make another appointment. I decided not to bother. A month later I actually decided to give them one more chance. This time a friend wanted to join me. I called to make an appointment for us as I usually do. When we arrived at our scheduled time one of the ladies told me that my phone number wasn't written down in their book and that I did not have an appointment. She said we would have to come back another day as they were fully booked. I couldn't believe it. My friend (another busy mom) had driven 40 minutes from another town. Needless to say, I will certainly not be using this nail salon again. It's a shame because I would have been a faithful customer for a long time. read more

Had a gift certificate for this place so decided to go this morning with my mum. First impression was not good. I booked on the phone a few days ago to make sure we could get in as I've seen it busy. The lady on the phone was quite abrupt and I felt like she couldn't understand me. No name was taken on the phone either. She said to come for 9.30. We arrived on time and the salon was closed. Bad impression number two. After waiting outside for nearly 10 minutes, they all arrived. No apologies, nothing. We both had shellac done and to be fair, they did a nice job. But, the "relaxing" hand massage afterwards was so rough and painful, and the lotion smelled chemically. The nail tech never spoke a word to me, and I tried to communicate to her that I wanted a pedicure done too, but she clearly did not speak a word of English. Instead, the owner told me to go back another day for it. So strange. This was probably the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. The salon was quite dirty too.
