I've been here before and it was great. This last time the service was... not the best. I was thinking it was because they were busy? But it was mainly our younger waitress, it just seemed like they were distracted by the kitchen, but not waiting for meals to come out. But other than that, the food was great! I will always be back for the pho. The actual store is small and if it's windy, you will definitely feel the wind blow in through the front door, but that doesn't really bother me.
