I ordered a Frozen Elsa-themed cake from Vons for my daughter's birthday. The ordering process on the website was simple and clear. However, on the day of the party, I received a call saying their printer was not working, so they couldn't print the design. They said they would add a toy instead -- I agreed, trying to stay flexible. Unfortunately, the writing on the cake looked terrible, and I had to ask them to remove it. Then, during the party, when we cut the cake, I realized the filling was not what I ordered. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience on such an important day. I will not be ordering cakes from Vons again. Please be careful -- the quality is unreliable. read more
