From Michelle's review

There is not a scathing enough review that could possibly be posted right now for Vo's Auto repair after what I just went through. I have literally spent thousands of dollars with Vo's in the past two years and until Monday I was happy with the service I had received. I always trusted Vo, until Monday. I hated dealing with Vo's wife, but I tolerated her because of Vo's workmanship and fair prices. Monday I had my car towed in to replace the starter. I also had a new window switch installed and asked if they would mind installing my Subaru purchased windshield wipers as a courtesy. When I picked my car up in the afternoon I found my windshield had been cracked by one of his mechanics who clearly smashed it with his elbow. I was in disbelief. Vo acted like this was no big deal and assured me that he would pay to repair it the next day. I lost a job interview which was scheduled for the next day. I dropped my car off the following morning to have the windshield repaired. Vo called me and told me that it was repaired. When I was arrived I found that it had been done horribly. I showed Vo photos that I had take the day before and compared them for him. He became irate and defensive, said that he had repaired my windshield as he said that he would. Walked away and sent his nightmare wife out to make matters even worst. They tried to tell me that my windshield was already damaged, which was bs. Vo was fully aware as I had asked for a referral, that I needed new weatherstripping on the bottom from the summer heatwaves. His wife lied to him and claimed that I had pre existing issues with my windshield because she does not understand english and I had told her that a windshield is never the same after it has been replaced, and that I know because I had one replaced IN HIGH SCHOOL. The molding does not even cover my windshield because the work was so inferior. Vo did not pay to use the windshield repair that he referred to ME. Funny, ey? Pins from the molding literally fell out in my hands when I got home. The molding is not even adhesed!! It looks awful. It was THE scariest drive home of my life. A customer for 2 years, spent thousands of dollars, had THE most utmost respect for VO, and THIS is how I was treated. This all happened on Monday, it is now Saturday. Vo refused to contact his insurance company and get a quality windshield repair to fix my windshield that his shop broke. I cried for two days straight. I can not drive my car. I have my car covered in a tarp because it is going to rain for two days. I will have to pay out of pocket to repair my windshield that was fine when I towed it to Vo's to have a new starter installed. And then I guess I will have to take him to court. Oh, and his wife charged me $500 this experience from Hell. She even charged me for installing my Subaru purchased windshield wipers that their "mechanic" clearly did not know how to install, since he only knows how to install cheap wipers from auto parts stores. Vo claimed it was "him" that broke my windshield, but anyone who knows him as a mechanic knows it was not him. He has way too many years under his belt for it to have been him. Vo's is too busy. Taking too many customers. Vo can not keep his eyes on that many cars being worked on by these young kids. read more
