Antonetta's in Dacula continues to prove why it's one of our go-to spots for a great dinner. I went with my husband and my mom, and it was his first time there... safe to say, he's officially a fan now. We started with the bruschetta, and it hit all the right notes. Fresh, perfectly balanced, and the kind of appetizer that disappears way too quickly. He ordered the Salmon Francesca and was blown away from the first bite. I had the caprese salad, which was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a classic done right. My mom went with the spaghetti carbonara and, as expected, it did not disappoint. Those of us who've been here before already knew what to expect, but watching someone experience it for the first time and love it just confirmed how consistently great this place is. The service really stood out too. The staff was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. At one point, the table behind us accidentally dropped their pizza on the floor, and the waitress immediately took care of it and had a fresh one made without any hassle. That kind of customer service says a lot. Great food, great service, and a great experience all around. Already looking forward to our next visit. read more
