This place is truly a hidden gem in Dacula! My family and I were looking for somewhere different for dinner and decided to give Antoneta's a try and we're so glad we did. The restaurant is cozy, welcoming, and very family-friendly. The food is amazing, and the portions are very generous. Each entrée comes with a side salad and garlic rolls. Honestly, the garlic rolls alone are worth coming back for. They are THAT good. So far, we've tried the Spaghetti à la Carbonara, Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken à la Casa, Calamari Pasta, and Blackened Chicken Pasta, and every dish has been delicious. I usually prefer creamy sauces because red sauces can sometimes be too acidic or overpowering, but their red sauce is so well balanced and flavorful. The veggies tasted fresh, and everything came out tasting homemade. We actually celebrated Mother's Day here, and even though they were extremely busy, the service was still excellent and attentive. Parking is easy since it is shared with other businesses, which is always a plus. I honestly have no complaints. My family and I absolutely love this place. Antonetta's in Dacula continues to prove why it's one of our go-to spots for a great dinner. I went with my husband and my mom, and it was his first time there... safe to say, he's officially a fan now. We started with the bruschetta, and it hit all the right notes. Fresh, perfectly balanced, and the kind of appetizer that disappears way too quickly. He ordered the Salmon Francesca and was blown away from the first bite. I had the caprese salad, which was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a classic done right. My mom went with the spaghetti carbonara and, as expected, it did not disappoint. Those of us who've been here before already knew what to expect, but watching someone experience it for the first time and love it just confirmed how consistently great this place is. The service really stood out too. The staff was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. At one point, the table behind us accidentally dropped their pizza on the floor, and the waitress immediately took care of it and had a fresh one made without any hassle. That kind of customer service says a lot. Great food, great service, and a great experience all around. Already looking forward to our next visit. read more

Found Antoneta's from a friend and decided to bring the kids out for dinner. ( Adult kids!) Soo glad we found this place!!! I had been to Biba's in Flowery Branch and I thought this place was the same thing and it's definitely not. Real deal family run business, with the owner on the floor almost all night, great service and menu selections we got to choose from.. We started off with a few cold beers and some calamari and got to reading the menu. Our waitress Nicole was super nice and very attentive and helped us with suggestions so we got our orders in while we talked and ate these luscious garlic rolls before our salads came.. I opted for the chicken Dorethea which was very similar to a franchese with chicken battered in egg and cooked in a lemon wine sauce. The chicken was so tender, the sauce was perfectly seasoned as I'm a large fan of this method and was very pleased! Large portions with a side pasta I think with every dish and salad for under 20 bucks. IThe others all ordered either chicken or shrimp and were stuffed. But not to stop there we did get the tiramisu and a cannoli to split for the table and ended up taking leftovers home for everybody. The tiramisu was fabulous !! This place had a good ambience, happy customers, busy servers, which is what I like to see. Everyone had their A game on and we had a great time. Highly recommend.!! read more

I stopped patronising this restaurant many years ago due to two back to back visits witnessing the owner verbally berating employees. Having spent 30 years in the hospitality industry I'm very put off by the bully behaviour. I tried a take out today, and was disappointed with the order. I ordered chicken florentine which shows $14.95 on their website menu. I was of the impression I was receiving penne pasta with this meal. At pick up, I was told the total was (before tip) $19.03! In the bag, I saw the container for the entree, and another for the pasta, salad and rolls. I should have opened the pasta container I guess. When I opened it at home, it was spaghetti with red sauce! Needless to say, it didn't pair well with the creamy florentine sauce. The chicken was tasty and the rolls at least. I'm done! I won't ever be back!!! Lesson to restaurant: review your take out orders with the customer (like other restaurants do) for accuracy. It can be the difference of a good vs bad experience. read more

Service is generally pretty good with a family ambiance that we generally like. Have gotten orders to go last couple of times and food has been disappointing. Salads this time were really bad with all the looking like this. And it was put on top of hot meals so it was warm when I got home. Very disappointing. read more

Nice little place off the beaten path. Take your kids here when they want OG for dinner. Service was fast and attentive. She came around the table at least once every few minutes. Salad and tolls come with the pasta meals. If you love tart, get the house vinaigrette. The balsamic will make you pucker. The carbonara is creamy and luscious. You definitely get your money's worth with the amount of prosciutto they give you in the dish. read more

The meal that keeps on giving! Treated us like family upon walking in. A sit down with the owner like we're the Sopranos or something A week and a half later I'm already craving more chicken ala casa. You'll note I'm a sucker for Gorgonzola anything. Portions are crazy big especially after garlic rolls and a dinner salad. We all took some home and feasted like kings. There was also some picture perfect manicotti, chicken marsala and at the end of the meal-- cannolis worth making yourself miserably full. It's too bad we live so far away or we'd be here weekly. Great for families & large groups. Cozy setting. I ordered pickup because for some reason Uber eats (delivery & pickup) charges double the amount. You receive a free salad if you order pasta. Even tho it was just a Caesar salad my lettuce was very fresh. The garlic knots are pretty delicious, a little bit on the doughy side, but I like it like that. My boyfriend enjoyed his lasagna. I asked for half a dozen garlic knots and they charged me for 1 dozen and a half (double your check your order before leaving). The chicken Alfredo wasn't creamy as I expected (it was on the watery side), but the chicken was delicious! My portion size for my chicken Alfredo was very small. The person that rung me up at the register was polity and friendly. They know they regular costumers on a 1st name basis, and there were a lot of regulars dinning in. I ordered the meat lovers pizza, it didn't live up to the hype; first, when I got to my destination (which was less than 5 minutes away) the pizza was not hot, and I even had a thermal bag like delivery drivers use. Second, it didn't taste good, the pizzas at Marco's, Papa Johns Dominoes, Pizza Hut, etc. were all much better. If the owner/manager etc would like to reach out that would be great. read more

Unfortunately, my interaction with the owner or male host was extremely disappointing. On Mother's Day 2025, he was rude, unprofessional, and displayed poor customer service. We ordered from here for the 1st time and will never order again. I had ordered a chicken parmigiana which was horrible the chicken was so rubbery and not even breaded the sauce was bland. I took one bite and spit it out,what a waste of $19.00. The pizza was OK but I've definitely had better. The salad was simple but not given enough dressing and the garlic knots had no flavor and tasted like frozen bread. In my opinion don't waste your money here Johnny's pizza is so much better down the street. read more

He's rude, yells at customers for taking to long to finish their food and leave and is rude and disrespectful towards his waitstaff and hostess in front of customers. Absolutely terrible!!! We come in around 3:30 02/23/2023, no one's here and we sit at the bar. The guy comes up to us and he's nice, ask us what we want to drink, gets it, but then we have to ask him for straws. Gets us a menu we order 1/2 garlic knots they come out and they were decent but didn't taste done, they were doughy. We had to then ask him for napkins. Oder a pizza half pepperoni and banana peppers and other half green peppers, mushrooms, black olives. The pizza comes out looks decent. As soon as I pick my slice up it drips with watery pizza sauce, I knew from there it was not going to be good. I take my first bite though and it's super soggy. I eat half the slice and then can't eat anymore. My boyfriend eats two slices and then stops. We ask for the check and tell the guy that the pizza was not good, we have over half of the pizza left and the guy just say okay and shrugs it off. I'm not expecting to get anything for free but he could have at least acted like he cared. Never coming back! You could not pay me to eat here again! read more

I ordered dinner for three of us on a Saturday night. It was take out, so keep that in mind for my rating.. I was unfamiliar with the menu and portion sizes so I ordered 2 Chicken Parmesan meals, one with an extra portion of chicken, and an order of Chicken Piccata, which all came with sides of pasta and a salad. I also ordered their garlic knots. When I walked in the restaurant to pick up my order, I was greeted by the Hostess kindly. There were several other people waiting on take out at the bar, so I chatted with them, and I asked what they ordered, and they all happily shared their favorites, and also that they were regulars. That is always nice to hear! So, on to my order...We had a huge amount of food! The portions were so big! Lots of delicious melted cheese over the Chicken Parmesan. We each had enough for lunch the next day. I live a good 20 minutes from the restaurant and the food was still piping hot when I put it on the table. It's nice to find a family owned "neighborhood" dinner spot. And this restaurant has a long history in its location. We each enjoyed our dinners and recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant. What a great place! We went there 45 minutes before closing, and still the staff was so kind and happy to seat us and serve us. We had never been here before and so asked the waitress many questions, which she answered and explained their menu with apt answers and told us all of their most popular dishes and pizzas. She was not wrong! She suggested The Works pizza and the Blacked Chicken pasta. It was perfect from the very first bite to the last. The garlic bread was so soft, airy, and just melted in your mouth. The mozzarella sticks were so fresh and tasted amazing with its stringy cheese! Overall, 2 happy people, with plenty of delicious food, and eager to come back! PS... the owner is a New Yorker! I had hoped we had found a new Italian go-to in Dacula. The restaurant itself, in a Kroger shopping center, is surprisingly nice inside. The staff is friendly. The menu is varied and the prices are reasonable. The salads and the pizza and the drinks were great. They have beer and wine, by the way. But the service was a little slow, as they are understaffed, like most places - none of us ever got water refills and we had to ask about the garlic rolls after our food was delivered. But we weren't impressed with the food other than the pizza. The chicken Florentine had virtually no taste, the lasagna had a slightly sour taste, perhaps they use a different kind of tomato sauce, and the eggplant Parmesan was kind of a soggy mess. So we would definitely go back for the pizza. Other than that, we will go to Provino's which always has a long wait (sigh) but the non-pizza food is much better. read more

We usually get our food to go and it's usually the same thing every time NOT because that is the only good food they have but because my kids only like pizza. But we have other meals from there (last year actually ate in there and had some delicious food) and have never really been disappointed. The times we were disappointed was due to minor things (one time my calzone was overcooked and another a piece of plastic was in one, yikes) but each time they apologized and either made a new one or didn't bill us for the next one. The owner Kenny is a trip and the staff is usually pleasant. They have a major overhaul both with a renovation of the restaurant (which looks great, it used to be really dark in there) and seems like all new staff (and I didn't have any problems with the previous staff). All and all, we keep going back because I am from Connecticut and miss the authentic Italian food especially the NY style pizza and calzones. read more

This is a quaint Italian restaurant. The service was great and our server had great suggestions for dinner. Although the restaurant was busy, our server was courteous and waited on us quickly. I went here with my family and we all ordered good things to eat. My wife and sister got a house salad to start which they say has the best house dressing around. I ordered a Caesar salad and it was ok but the dressing was a little bitter for my taste. I ordered the chicken parmigiana entree and it was fantastic. I also substituted a side of Alfredo instead of the spaghetti it comes with. There's plenty of decent pizza in Dacula, but this might be my new fave. Biba's is a convivial spot, staffed by quick and courteous courteous staff and managed by a classic crew of Italian folks. It's like being back in Jersey! And the menu shows this--plenty of primo pasta, subs, and pizzas. The pie has that ineffable something in the sauce that makes each piece taste better than the last, which holds true for the pasta dishes as well. Salads are also tasty, but this isn't the place you go to for health food. Rather, Biba's is a great spot for a raucous family dinner or dish session over wine and an Italian feast. read more
