What a zoo!!! I watched a pharmacy tech named Corey argue and yell at a customer. They had received a call that their RX was ready but when he came in to pick it up, it wasn't ready. In what world should ANYONE in a service industry argue and yell at a customer?!? In general, the people working in the pharmacy were a slovenly group.
