The 2nd floor facility is for x-ray & ultrasound. The ground floor level is for MRI. I happened to have a very patient & nice technician from morocco. Since I have to be in a weird position for about 25 mins without moving, she made sure i was totally comfortable before proceeding. That made a very big difference for someone who was already nervous and dislike needles to start with. And during the process she kept checking to make sure I am doing alright!
