Was communicating with someone named Aracely's via email for a used car. I was polite and asked a couple times for an out the door price. It was like pulling teeth, with them demanding "All agreements are done in store. I gave you the price it's just a matter of you stopping in to negotiate wit the managers. What time today can you be here? We are open until 9pm."
I asked for their best price again, with the email attached as a response. Not a great look Wayne Ford. Obviously will not be dealing with this organization. read more
