    Was communicating with someone named Aracely's via email for a used car. I was polite and asked a couple times for an out the door price. It was like pulling teeth, with them demanding "All agreements are done in store. I gave you the price it's just a matter of you stopping in to negotiate wit the managers. What time today can you be here? We are open until 9pm." I asked for their best price again, with the email attached as a response. Not a great look Wayne Ford. Obviously will not be dealing with this organization.

I called early in the morning and asked if they had what I needed, they did so I went 15 minutes later and met with Sam the salesman. I was interested in getting a 4Runner and he showed me all the new vehicles he had. I picked the one I wanted and Sam got the paperwork going. I was in and out within 2 hours with a brand new 4Runner. Sam made the whole thing so easy (and the finance guy too). Truly great service. 3 months later my daughter needed a car (just got her license) so I went back to Toyota Universe. Sam was off that day so I dealt with Roberto. We were interested in a used Corolla. He got us the car for what I was willing to spend. Unbelievable. No haggling, no bait and switch. Again, in and out in under 2 hours. So far, with the experiences I had here and the people I dealt with, without question I will be returning here for future car purchases. I would recommend Toyota Universe to friends and family.

The employees are nice, I get that. But 3 problems since the last visit and I drive only local roads?? Sometimes -- sometimes the math isn't mathing. Hmm, I guess I'm indifferent.     I will not be returning to this Firestone location…read more On multiple visits, I felt like I was being pushed toward additional repairs and replacements that I did not actually need. The first time, I came in for an AC issue. I mentioned that I believed the blower motor resistor was the problem, but I was told the issue was related to wiring instead. I declined the repair, and later confirmed that the blower motor resistor was in fact the issue. On another visit after a tire blowout, I only wanted to replace the damaged tire because the other tires were still fairly new. However, I was strongly encouraged to replace three tires as well as purchase a new battery. I ultimately replaced only the one tire and decided to get a second opinion before spending money on the battery. I later went to another shop for an oil change and asked them to check the battery, and they confirmed that it was completely fine and did not need replacement. I understand that repair recommendations can differ between shops, but having multiple experiences where I was advised to purchase additional parts and services that later turned out to be unnecessary made me lose confidence in this location. As someone who has since learned more about vehicle repairs and maintenance, I am glad I sought second opinions before authorizing the work. Based on my experiences, I would recommend that customers get a second opinion before agreeing to costly repairs or replacements recommended at this shop.

    Store manager was polite and accommodating but my Jeep is now worse off than when I brought it to…read morethem. The mechanic was negligent and now my Jeep is overheating. Overheating was never in my original complaint. They want more money from me to fix a problem they caused or missed when they conducted their original assessment.
