I cannot say enough good things about this Ford service department. While on an out of state trip, my truck started having issues and could have easily ruined the entire trip. Instead, Matt in the service department came through in a big way. He was professional, responsive, and made sure I was back on the road in no time. This experience was a complete contrast to what I have dealt with at Jeep. It reaffirmed my decision to go back to Ford. Buying a vehicle is one thing. Anyone can make the sale and hand you the keys when everything feels great driving off the lot. What truly matters is who has your back when you are in trouble. Ford does. This is my second Ford, and between the two trucks I have put over 230,000 miles on them with very few issues. That kind of reliability paired with service like this is why I keep coming back. Worst ford dealership I have ever been unlucky enough to deal with in my entire life. Overcharged the hell out of me for everything. Saw an oil leak on my block and told me it could explode at any moment so I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible and that it would be 4 thousand dollars. It is now 3 years later and the problem went away. Not only that, they installed my exhaust incorrectly and it flew off on the highway and cartwheeled away, all because they didn't properly tighten the components (clearly). Also installed steering components wrong causing a terrible dinging noise when going over bumps and then refused to fix it unless I paid even more. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

Terrible customer service!!!! Do not buy your car at Wayne Ford. Once they sell you the car they ghost you. Purchased a 2018 Ford Escape from this dealership by buying out our lease. Within months the car needed repair. We brought it in for assessment and were told that we needed a part. We took the car home and called repeatedly to ask for status of the missing part. We called for months! Ultimately the transmission dropped and we found out that Skylar, an employee at the dealership never ordered the part. The dealership gave us the ultimate runaround. They lied multiple times about the part having been ordered and then they were absolutely awful with providing status reports on the busted transmission. They would put us on hold, not return calls etc etc. As of today our car has been at the dealership for almost one month and it is still not fixed. I do not recommend this dealership. Only leaving 1 star because we have to. We needed to have our car fixed due due to damaged wires and fuse box. Took over a month to fix. While it is understandable that it took a while for parts to come in it was beyond unacceptable to not get a call back. We called our service advisor multiple times a week and would not hear back for a few days later. Left multiple voicemails with the service managers and never once received a call back. Finally was told the car was ready and when we went to pick it up the car wasn't ready or the paperwork. The car was disgusting on the inside with gloves and tools. This Ford dealer is a disgrace. It was like pulling teeth, with them demanding "All agreements are done in store. I gave you the price it's just a matter of you stopping in to negotiate wit the managers. I was able to review the central screen of the Mach-E as well as try the various controls out. I called just now. Was transferred three times to be connected with someone in Sales (which made no sense but they said that's how they handle collision issues). The very rude man who answered told me they don't even have a body shop! He made no effort to help me and transferred me again to someone who finally gave me a recommendation of a place to go. I know sue them Medi-Cal would took the money long with the lawyer. They told me I can have a roof rack $400 they told me the rack cost a $1,000 when I wanted to order the rack next day. Do not recommend for service: charged more than 3x the estimate - without allowing option to not do service. I had to pay $1023 in order to get my car back without any guarantee of repair. I admit: I've been reluctant to use dealers for service since I thought they have higher charges. However, my Ford was stalling, and I thought it needed an expert. So I signed up for their $180 diagnostic. They called back and said they think I needed a new part, all-in charge around $350. All ok, right? Except they call back and said "oops you also need this other thing, which means you will owe us $1023, and by-the-way you cannot drive the car away. And we cannot guarantee that stalling will be fixed." Sigh - I am significantly poorer and unhappy. If anyone has good local mechanics, please let me know. I cannot recommend Wayne Ford. read more

Im only giving 2 stars because the problem was repaired. But as for the way I was treated by the service advisor, who didnt return my phone calls, and never got back to me until 5 days after I dropped my vehicle off, then tried to sell me a brake job that I know for a fact I didnt need, then told me my truck was in the shop being worked on and I drove by and found it parked in the back untouched, I would have given 1 star. Oh, and then there is the slight damage to my rims that occurred after I forewarned the service advisor about the special socket and left in on the front seat, which the service manager said I would hear from the service advisor about, but of course he never called. Let me tell you about THIS joint. I bought a used 2 year old Kia Forte for my son here. At first I thought I was getting a good deal UNTIL I took it in to my local shop and had him take a look at it AFTER I bought the car. Long story short....The car needed a FULL set of brakes and 4 tires ( 3 of the 4 tires had nails in them) they NEVER did an inspection and sold me an UNSAFE car for a teen driver. The brakes were so bad they WOULD have failed and it was a matter of time before a blow out would happen. When I called to complain I was told there was nothing they could do and I was out $1,000.00 cash. I would not buy ANYTHING from this place EVER again and I implore you to shop elsewhere ... Service department is very difficult to work with - in the spirit of customer service, they have a lot to learn. My experience of needing a new mirror for my car I leased from them less than 1 year ago: 1. Called 3 times over 3 days and finally spoke with a live person in service 2. They had to transfer me to parts so I can find out if they can order the mirror and get a price/eta 3. Parts was less than friendly and I could clearly see I was a burden 4. Had to provide my vin for the car even though I'm in their system for the car purchase and service done there 5. Had to get transferred back to service to tell them that the part was ordered and schedule an appt 6. Final straw was was Ron the advisor asked me if they ordered it painted? I said that's what I told the parts person? He proceeded to tell me he's had issues with mirror colors in the past and I should stop in before the appt to check the color? When I asked why and that the color code is on the vin record, he stated that I would have to come in to ensure it matches or if it was primed they have to paint it? I was totally confused. This is why parts department and service department should work together! 7. I advised him that this process of being transferred back and forth and spending 30 minutes with multiple people was crazy and that I would not consider buying a car from them again, and his response was to say 'ok have a nice day and hung up on me' Needless to say I cancelled my oil change appt and will get my mirror and future services from a dealership who appreciates their customers. I leased a 2020 F-150 with a Sales man by the name of Shawn. He wasn't very negotiable on the car sales business but he was nice. Apparently he was new to selling Fords. I had to insist that he speak to a manager to get straight answers and that had more experience with Ford trucks. They took over my old lease which was a 2019 Infinite QX60 but did not pay it completely. I had given them the paper work for a 39 month lease but they only paid 36. Had to go back in forth with them in making the 3 remaining payments. The sales Manager (Scott VanPeenan) was unhelpful and a liar. Had to show up 3 times to get him to give me a copy of check of the remaining 3 payments. He is the reason why I would not go back to this dealership. I have a small business and I was going to buy a small fleet of ford trucks. Not with them but from another dealership. Buyers beware of this dealer. I would not recommend you wasting your hard earn money here. read more

Terrible service. I have brought in my vehicle several times for repair. (Lag and throttle response) and they've said that there is nothing found. Finally brought my car back due to their now being a noise from the engine bay. It has been at their service center for 3 weeks and it has yet to be repaired. They do not call you to update you on the vehicle status. I have called twice a week for the last three weeks only to hear that the part hasnt arrived or that it wont be done till the following week. Called them again this morning and they are now telling me that i have to call back on tuesday. It is ridiculous that it is taking this long, and what bothers me the most is that they do not call you at all unless you call to inquire. I would not recommend this service center at all. read more

Went in for a used Corolla 2013 that had 65 k miles. I got em down from 11 grand to 10. But my mechanic said it was worth four grand since they painted it to hide accidents. The steering dogtails to the side and will never be right. It will also take on water in the back from the accidents. So the young kid they sent pretended to enlighten the manager and spun a tale of how they didn't know and they'd probably auction it. A week later and it's still on car sites for ten grand so somebody's going to get royally screwed. read more

I was sold a "certfied" ford SUV that does not even pass a NYS safety inspection due to the tires being so bold. I tried reaching out for them to take the car in to the shop for service but they are busy can not look at it right now surprising after the 30 day warranty expires. 2 weeks in I already have put $$$ for new tires and warranty deductibles to get the car in operating shape to pass a REQUIRED GOVERMENT SAFETY INSPECTION. I have been to other dealerships for service and the car drew a crowd on how Wayne Ford would allow a car to de sold with the car in that condition. My boyfriend has been looking for a car for quite some time. We went to Wayne Ford after looking at their inventory online, as there was a 2007 Ford Explorer at a reasonable price. Once we arrived, we asked to see a Carfax report on the car and saw that it had been in multiple accidents (hence the fact that we were no longer interested). As we were about to leave the lot, the salesman showed us a car that was not yet even stickered. It was a 2006 Ford Explorer with 67,000 miles, which is what we were looking for. The Carfax showed it was in spectacular shape (and they even let us take it to our mechanic at home to ensure its condition). When all was said and done, my boyfriend had put $500 down to "hold" the car, which would guarantee it not be sold. Low and behold, after talking with banks and getting a loan, by the time he returned to the dealer, they had SOLD the car he had money down on. They did not let him know it was being looked at by other people, as he was told it would not be sold by putting money down. Needless to say, they live up to the shady image of being used car salesmen. I will NEVER go there to look at cars again, and will advise everyone I know to do the same after the experience we had of being taken advantage of. read more

This was the first place my pregnant wife and I started our car shopping experience, and had the worst experience! After telling the salesman multiple times that we were only starting our search and not making any commitments that day, he called over his manager for a final attempt to close. The manager was so overly aggressive that he actually blocked the door, and talked down to us for not accepting his "amazing deal". I casually went into the dealership to check out the Ford Fusion, but did not have intentions of getting it due to being upside down on my Nissan.
