Rudest and most unprofessional people. When the owners (Peter) are also unprofessional and rude and they allow their staff to be rude (Simon, Jeremy); as well as not honoring their word and lying (which in the home safety field is a big red flag) then you know you have to run, not walk, away from this company. Any landlord who uses this company must be a slumlord who doesn't care about your safety. If you are an individual who is shopping around for a locksmith for any of your apartment needs DO NOT call this company. You will be disappointed every step of the way. Speaking from personal experience. PART I they sent 2 inexperienced "technicians" to repair a phone intercom system and they DID NOT know how to do the job. WASTED TIME! PART II is they measured the window wrong in May, disappeared, re-appeared in August, lied about disappearing, made an installation of gate appointment (after a series of emails), then brought the gate which was FILTHY and the WRONG SIZE. Photo shows their guy *re-measuring the window after he damaged the window ledge by trying to shove in the too large gate. Said he would have to order a new gate with the right size. Then on the assigned date another guy shows up with only a drill in his hand. "Where is the new gate???" They never made a new gate. Then turned around and invented a lie to the landlord to hide their incompetency. Complete waste of time. Horrible people. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. And now they are harassing us by sending us hate emails. OMG!! Please if you value your sanity and your safety STAY AWAY FROM THESE ABUSIVE and reckless people.
