If I could leave a one star review I would. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I told the girl I wanted a gel pedicure and sat down for AN HOUR AND A HALF! My kids were in the car with my mother at this point so she decided to bring them inside and see what was going on. When she got inside the one girl by the pedicure station near me tried picking up my one year old and my daughter cried and was visibly upset because she didn't even know who this woman was. That same girl then put her down and started to try and fix my toe nail polish (since the lady was painting all over my cuticle at this point) I finally went to pay and told the owner there was skin all on my feet still and I felt like I didn't even have a pedicure and showed her. She told me that same girl would redo it and I declined because she had already taken 1 hour and a half of my time and clearly was not experienced or trained to do the job (I still tipped her because I felt bad not tipping her) As I'm talking to the owner, the other girl PICKS UP MY BABY AND WALKS OUTSIDE WITH HER, my mom ran after her out the door to grab her back from the woman. I don't understand how anyone would be okay with this AT ALL. The owner then tells me it's $62 I said a gel pedicure is 45 she told me it doesn't come with gel polish (since when does a gel pedicure not come with gel polish?) NEVER In my life have I spent $62 on a pedicure never the less one that SUCKED! Also, this place was filthy and did not use any gloves or wash their hands in between! Then, has the audacity to touch a baby they don't even know and walk out the door with them! I'm disgusted all around with this establishment. Also, THE MASSAGE CONSISTED OF HER POPPING MY TOES OFF LIKE THEY WERE GRAPES OFF A STEM. BEWARE read more
