Came in with feet that have been through the works from farming. Needless to say, the dogs aren't barking anymore. Clean shop, professional and friendly crew, no awkwardness, just solid work done right. If you work hard or beat up your feet, this is money well spent. The added neck massage was a great bonus too. Review is based on our recent experience getting spa pedicures for my husband and I. We walked in one Saturday morning upon opening in hopes for both of us to get pedicures. It was my husband's first time. All I can say is WOW! The experience was a long, thorough spa pedicure. It included hot stones and finished with a light back massage. Besides fantastic pedicures, we felt like jello leaving, so relaxed. We will be back again in hopes of the same experience. We have a feeling we received pedicures from the actual owners. Lastly, we were not rushed. Salon was a cozy normal nail salon next to other stores on route 9. The salon itself is disgustingly dirty and the staff is the least friendly I've ever encountered. I was a walk in appointment, the first man who started my manicure didn't say a single word to me and didn't tell me I'd be passed off to another woman (who I assumed would finish said manicure?) who cut my nails down only to pass me off to my final manicurist (who was the most friendly I dealt with but the bar was so low).. I watched as flies flew in through the open door and one of the staff members used a brush they dusted customers hands off with to (pointlessly) attempt to dust a shelf off. Just disgusting, I can't believe the department of health hasn't shut this place down. read more

If I could leave a one star review I would. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I told the girl I wanted a gel pedicure and sat down for AN HOUR AND A HALF! My kids were in the car with my mother at this point so she decided to bring them inside and see what was going on. When she got inside the one girl by the pedicure station near me tried picking up my one year old and my daughter cried and was visibly upset because she didn't even know who this woman was. That same girl then put her down and started to try and fix my toe nail polish (since the lady was painting all over my cuticle at this point) I finally went to pay and told the owner there was skin all on my feet still and I felt like I didn't even have a pedicure and showed her. She told me that same girl would redo it and I declined because she had already taken 1 hour and a half of my time and clearly was not experienced or trained to do the job (I still tipped her because I felt bad not tipping her) As I'm talking to the owner, the other girl PICKS UP MY BABY AND WALKS OUTSIDE WITH HER, my mom ran after her out the door to grab her back from the woman. I don't understand how anyone would be okay with this AT ALL. The owner then tells me it's $62 I said a gel pedicure is 45 she told me it doesn't come with gel polish (since when does a gel pedicure not come with gel polish?) NEVER In my life have I spent $62 on a pedicure never the less one that SUCKED! Also, this place was filthy and did not use any gloves or wash their hands in between! Then, has the audacity to touch a baby they don't even know and walk out the door with them! I'm disgusted all around with this establishment. Also, THE MASSAGE CONSISTED OF HER POPPING MY TOES OFF LIKE THEY WERE GRAPES OFF A STEM. BEWARE read more

I love the fact that they follow the COVID guidelines. They have this plastic curtain on each chair away from other customers the hot stone pedicure package was beautifully done as well as getting acrylic nails. They are so detailed and took their time to make sure there were no errors and without me saying anything, the person that did my nails saw there was a nail that didn't look right and she took her time taking off the gel nail polish to fix it.This will definitely be my spot!! read more

I have been going to Wendy's for about 10 years and can't believe I've never written a review! No matter who does your nails, massage or waxing they will be great. They will be pleasant and professional and you'll be pleased with your services. Yesterday there was a woman having her nails done that was rude, disrespectful and simply nasty to Wendy. There was nothing that could be done to make this woman happy. Wendy was apologetic that the nails didn't come out the way she wanted and did everything she could to make her happy. She cursed Wendy and the other customers and Wendy never said a mean word. I will always go to Wendy's and recommend you do the same! read more

I have been a customer at Wendy's ( not the owners name, but she lets everyone call her that ) for about 2 years going at least once every three weeks. They do a very good job with nails.. use to have a masseuse but he quit. Re customer service: I have noticed a few things : the workers seem friendly but they really are not. They smile to your face but they are talking about you back-and-forth across the room loudly to each other making comments. This occurs mostly with the place is not busy and they are not occupied. But even so they do it thinking that the customers do not understand what they are saying. I have seen in more than one occasion where they make people feel very uncomfortable. The atmosphere is loud & chaotic most times. Being someone that can understand the conversation believe me they are NOT being nice or kind. Unfortunately this is what goes on in most salons. I have experienced this and Hispanic salons as well. It is amazing what people will say thinking that others do not understand the conversation. But that being said... It is very very common, the customers just do not realize it. If you were looking for a spa like, calm & relaxed atmosphere it is not I do have to say the only reason I still go there is because they do nails very well. I didnt mind the other stuff too much and tried to tune it out (pretend I could understand they're comments on peoples looks , weight, intelligence, their clothing etc) yes it is rude, but that's not going to change. The problem is recently and I had gotten a nail fungus: I noticed never once have I seen them sterilize their equipment . ???? Also observed it be used from one customer to another , ith only wiping it off.. Yuck ! I do like the way they do nails here, but unfortunately I may look for another place. read more

I wish I could give this a negative in starts. DONT GO HERE! Save your money and go else where. My first time and last time ever going here, I asked for a set to be taking off and they butchered my poor nails by ripping them off when I asked for a soak off the lady completely ignored me and continued to pry my nails off with a plastic card and I told her to stop your hurting me and your going to make me bleed.. 2 seconds later my finger is filling up with blood.. to the point the owner had to come over and help me... Went in today with a friend for manicures. Had 3 different people work on my nails. Friend had 4. Workers did not know how to remove nails and left hand full of sticky glue like substance. Nails are uneven and polish not smooth. Noticed that they were going to all different stations and taking tools and did not clean or sanitize them between uses. Hot towels were stained and a funky smell. Will not return. read more

This was my first visit after having moved into the area and I do not like writing negative reviews. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. A neighbor recommended this nail salon and so I went last Sunday. Was very easy to get appointment and was seen quickly. However....Overall, found the salon very dusty and dirty. I did not see sterilization of any tools and when my cuticles were cleaned up the tool looked dirty. As soon as I sat down I really wanted to get up and leave and I should have done that. I am hoping this does not turn into an infection on the one finger and you can see the cuticles on other fingers were just not done properly. I also felt like she was rushing through my manicure to get other customers in. I will definitely not be returning to this salon. Sorry to have posted a negative review but this is an honest review of my first (and only) experience at this salon. read more

Pretty terrible. Got the french pedicure and the color was to dark so i asked for a lighter color and he completely ignored me. THEY USED A TOILET PLUNGER ON A PEDICURE TUB.Went with my friend and she was incredibly nasty with her she asked if i was happy now. They don't clean the tubs, they reuse the same dirty towel right after client after client without cleaning anything including the nail clippers, files, buffers nothing it was pretty gross. I do not recommend you to go here at all. Staff is incredibly rude, disrespectful, place is disgusting and mostly overpriced. read more

I was happy that they were open on a Sunday and took me right away. Also, I found their prices to be in the lower range for salons in the area. That's where the positives end. The women who did my gel manicure must've been the owner because she stopped doing my nails a least a half dozen times to tend to other customers and run credit cards and at one point she disappeared and I have no idea where she went. It was immensely annoying. Also, the manicure itself was missing several aspects that almost every other gel manicure that I've ever had (and I've had a lot) included. There was no soaking of the nails in warm water, she didn't clean under my nails and there was no massage while drying my gel polish. I could deal with no message but I have never gotten a manicure where I still had black dirt under my nails at the end. I also felt like the whole thing was extremely rushed. Lastly, it's been just over 24 hours since I got my gel manicure and one of my nails has chipped already. Overall, I'd only go back if I was desperate and it was the only place open. read more

I have been getting gel manicures for quite some time. I have even gotten gel manicures from Wendy Nail Salon. My most recent visit felt incredibly rushed. I was with a friend and my nails were done in half the time hers was. Less than a week later, two of my gels started to lift off. I went in and they fixed it. It was a bit uncomfortable though because they wanted to know who did my nails. Days later, other nails that were not fixed are now starting to lift. It's upsetting that I paid so much for less than quality nails. I will not return. read more

Went to Wendy's Nail Salon on Friday, July 6th for a gel fill. By Saturday my nails were chipping & after four days the gel fill is starting to lift. I have been getting my nails done for several years in different salon, this gel fill was by far the worst I have ever received. read more
