I ordered a burger with everything on it and when i got to the window i got the wrong burger. I asked if they could make me one with everything on it and the manager was very rude about it and demanded the burger back. I didn't mind giving it back because it wasn't what I had ordered. When I got home I opened my burger and the manager didn't even remake it; she used the same burger, the bun was falling apart and mushy.
I have worked fast food before and this is no way to treat your customers. The man at the window was polite and kind about it though. Looks like the manager should take some customer service lessons from him. read more
