In all fairness, the majority of 1 star reviews have to do with rude night crew service and online delivery issues. We visited around noon and the employees were friendly, the line moved quickly and our 5 For $5 orders were correct. But the reason I'm only giving 3 stars is the food. But when I arrive, the only option I have is to go through the Drive-thru - which is lined up out on Burnside? The dining room is closed. I ordered a burger with everything on it and when i got to the window i got the wrong burger. I asked if they could make me one with everything on it and the manager was very rude about it and demanded the burger back. I didn't mind giving it back because it wasn't what I had ordered. When I got home I opened my burger and the manager didn't even remake it; she used the same burger, the bun was falling apart and mushy.
