I have made two visits to this particular Wendy's. The first was back during the height of tourist and tubing season and the place was busy so I excused their slow service and total lack of hospitality. Our second visit was on a Monday this week, no tourist and no crowd. Unfortunately, the service was still lackluster and slow by any standard. On this visit, there was only one person in front of me and instead of taking our order the cashier decided to wait until the kitchen had the other customers entire order ready and on the tray. We chose to just order a drink and continue on our trip to find someplace else to eat. No greeting from the cashier, no thank you just handed me our change and put two drink cups on the counter.
