Whatever you do, don't spend a nickel here this location and it's entirety don't have any customer service any basic knowledge, and doesn't possess the ability to communicate in a professional manner which should be expected as we are paying customers put this shit down there with McDonald's and whoever is the hiring manager. Here should be fired.
MANAGER Jessica shouldn't be a manager if that's her name, slamming the door in the customer's face via the drive-through and not fulfilling a order that was already advised that was going to be remade by another manager . And to then tell the customer they're not gonna honor what the manager had offered and would not give you the drinks because that's not a part of the remake only to then take her badge off. Talk shit about you to her team members then come back with her badge off how the hell she has a job is insane. she comes back then starts to make the drinks but then tells me she's only gonna give me one drink and it's not gonna be small and I told her what's the size matter? She didn't slam the door continues to make the drinks hands them to me, throws me the straws, and then slams the doors again short, Hispanic braces and cheap long nails unemployment line should be where she's at.
Whoever the owner is do yourself a favor and fire all your management / an sell your franchise asap
This franchise won't get another dollar out of me. I won't support the garbage at that Location a day longer.
Almost forgot not sure if she was trying to poison me or what but pretty sure that's a piece of plastic in my drink how thoughtful , but after reviewing my drinks that she finally gave me was a nice surprise underneath the lid. read more
