If I could give them zero stars, I would. My warranty company apparently contracts with White Eagle, and I have been dealing with with them over a month about my broken TV. Like other reviewers's here, I get contacted from about three different numbers, with broken grammar and spotty text messages. They actually scheduled a repair technician to come out, but no one ever showed up. I was never notified about why no one showed up, and when I asked for a reason, the only answer I was given was that they would get back to me. Last week, after communication halted, I randomly got an email saying that my order had been completed. I contacted my warranty company, and they filed a complaint against White Eagle and are issuing me a buyout, bypassing white eagle entirely.
