I understood that Best Buy/Geek Squad contracted out TV repair (in the Tampa Bay area) to White Eagle (WE). We set a time for the repair and WE sent out a photographer. He came into my home without wearing a face mask. He took photos of my Sony TV and left. I called WE several times afterward to learn that they ordered a circuit board and a Sony remote. Then to our surprise, the board & remote were delivered to my home. I called WE to set another appt for March 16, 2021 @ 10:00 a.m. The repairman Dexter did not arrive until around 12 noon. I called WE @ 10:30 again @ 11:00 and again at 11:30. They gave me Dexter's phone number but calls to him gave me VOICE MAILBOX IS FULL. When he finally arrived, he did not replace the board, but I put fresh, new batteries in the new remote. But he used my Spectrum remote and the TV worked. After he left, my wife tried the new Sony remote and it did not work. I am totally frustrated with White Eagle! read more

Overall this was a bad experience. The primary problem was the extreme difficulty I had communicating with the. I was given a number by my primary warranty company (Asurion), but no one ever answered. It would ring about four times and go to voicemail mail. No one ever returned a call. Emails were also not answered. After a week and a half of calling every single day, I started calling my warranty company. They also had trouble getting a hold of white Eagle. Eventually, I was able to get a supervisor who was able to get a hold of someone. However, this was still frustrating because every time I called they would send an email and make me wait two days to see if I got a response. I never got a response and was stuck in the two day cycle. It took about two weeks, but once I did finally reach someone I was able to get a different number that worked great. Well, at least it worked a whole lot better. The first two times I used my warranty. I ended up with someone other than white eagle and had a good experience. However, this was so bad. I probably would not buy this warranty again from Asurion. The sad thing is, it would be easy to fix, just by having better communication protocols. read more

Then they close the account when the find out that they cannot get anyone to service your tractor in your area. I cannot believe TSC/Asurion uses these people. If I could leave negative or zero stars I would. I have a Cub Cadet purchased thru Tractor Supply last month. I purchased the extra 3 yr warranty for issues. I have been given two pickup dates for the riding mower to be picked up no one shows up. No updates. Since I purchased the warranty, I can't have anyone else service the mower or it 'll void the insurance coverage. I call the voice mail box is full - I text and email no response. I am transferred multiple times none know anything even with a claim number - I have been placed on hold for hours over the course of a few weeks. Taken off work to be there. I hope Tractor Supply reevaluates who they do business with regarding the warranty with riding lawn mowers. I will not be using Tractor Supply in the future for anything. Like other reviewers's here, I get contacted from about three different numbers, with broken grammar and spotty text messages. They actually scheduled a repair technician to come out, but no one ever showed up. I was never notified about why no one showed up, and when I asked for a reason, the only answer I was given was that they would get back to me. Last week, after communication halted, I randomly got an email saying that my order had been completed. I contacted my warranty company, and they filed a complaint against White Eagle and are issuing me a buyout, bypassing white eagle entirely. I was needing to get my lawn more serviced and my Power Plus Plan had them listed as the service center. They wanted me to take numerous pictures of my lawn mower after telling them what was wrong with it. I told them the blades needed replacing and they wanted me to lift the mower up to take a picture of the blades as well. They are CRAZY!!! So we got a warranty on our tv through BJs club and asurion contracted the repairs to this one company, white eagle technologies. We started communication with them on 1/21/22 and it is now 3/3/22 through texting and I still do not have a working tv. Thankfully we got the part but we have now had 5 appointments that did not happen. Last night was the first time we got a call from the technician but he was going to be 90 minutes late so we told him today at 4pm and it is now 5:30 and no one showed up like I thought. We would set them up for after work so thankfully I haven't lost time at work but if you ever get assigned this company, run for the hills or let the insurance company chose another service provider because this is just insanity. I rarely leave reviews, but I thought that this was warranted. I sincerely hope Best Buy listens to their customers. My experience: I was at work and could not answer the phone call from White Eagle. I purposely sent it to voicemail because it popped up as potential spam. Well that number proceeded to call 5 more times within 1 hour. I picked up in case it was some family emergency. It was the CSR asking for info. I explained to her that I was at work and couldn't answer her questions at the moment. I promised to send her the info she needed by the end of the day. She said okay. Around 2 PM she called again asking me for the info. At this point I was feeling frustrated but understood she needed the info. At the end of the day I finally texted them all the info they needed. Well come the next day while I'm at work I see they're calling again. I send them to voicemail with the intent to call back. Instead of leaving a voicemail they proceeded to spam me with 4 calls within 30 min. At this point I texted their number and let them know I sent them the info. They said they didn't get it and asked me to send again. However I let the CSR know that I would send this info but only to her supervisor to let her know about the phone calls I have been receiving. I received the supervisor information. Name is Katherine Ko. I sent a rather lengthy email explaining why I was frustrated along with proof of harassment of calls pretty much at this point. I didn't expect her to do anything extra for me. Just wanted to give that information to her so she knew how business was being handled. What did she do? She apologized for me thinking that her CSR was in the wrong. I was not even looking for an apology nor saying her CSR was wrong. Just expressing my experience and frustration. At the end, instead of trying to help me, she said she was rejecting the work order. I told her thank you for rejecting the order because I'd rather not do business with a company that cannot take criticism. I've attached proof of the spam of calls I received this week. It shows up as "potential spam." I have also attached the email from the manager in response to me. Not a great experience and still out a TV. I wish I could give a ZERO star rating. This company is a third party outsource company that BEST BUY / Geek Squad uses. I have been trying since 12/3/20 to get some extended warranty work done on a Samsung TV that was only 13 months old when this debacle started. I was contacted via text message that they would have to order parts and was also instructed that they only communicate via text messages. What a joke ... because their grammar is so poor that it sometimes is a challenge to figure out the text message. The first request was to send them pictures of the model number and serial number of the tv. I sent the requested information just as they requested only to get the same message again requesting the same information again. On 12/16/20 I started receiving text messages asking if I had received the parts they had ordered so they could schedule the repair. I replied that I had not received the parts. On 12/18/20 I received a text message asking if I had received the parts. I replied that I had not received the parts. On 1/4/21 I received a text message saying that I had confirmed that I had received the parts. I DID NOT ever confirm receiving the parts and replied that I had not received the parts. On 1/5/21 I received a text stating that they would verify with UPS that I had received the parts at my address. (I still didn't have the parts) On 1/8/21 they requested pictures of the model and serial number of the TV again. They also said that they would create a new work order and start looking for the parts. On 1/21/21 they sent a text message asking if I had received the parts. I replied that I did not have the parts. Sometime in here, they called and said that they had located the parts and that they had been shipped to Texas and that it would take some time to get this resolved. On 1/25/21 they sent a text message asking if I had received the parts. Again, I replied that I had not received the parts. On 2/1/21 I let them know that I had in fact received the parts. They replied that they wanted to schedule a repair time. We scheduled a repair time for 2/3/21 at 1:00 pm. On 2/2/21 I received a poorly written text message reminding me of my appointment time and that they would arrive between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. I was also told that the tv couldn't be higher than waist high (poorly mispelled and written) so the tech could lift the tv. Later on 2/2/21 I received yet another text message reminding me of my appointment time on 2/3/21. On 2/3/21 I received another text reminding me of my appointment time between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. It's now 3:00 pm and they never showed up for the repair and NEVER call or sent a text stating why they didn't show up. I did finally receive a text stating that the technician couldn't come because he was doing a Covid test ..... perfect timing for a poor excuse that his managers should have known about so that they could cancel his appointments. I ended up driving to the BEST BUY store where I purchased the TV and extended warranty. They were unable to help as the manager for the Geek Squad was not working. The other store manager gave me a phone number to call and escalate this matter. BUYER BEWARE when buying an extended warranty from BEST BUY / Geek Squad as it's outsourced to White Eagle Technologies ...... a poorly managed company. read more

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This is the company that was assigned to my repair through DirecTV Asurion. They do business by text messages and when they did call the were extremely rude with no customer service. Once the repair tech was finally scheduled, he was a no show on a Friday Evening appointment. I immediately sent a text message with no response. I have sent several more text messages with absolute silence from them. I tried calling but the number does not go through now. I have all the same type of text messages as the other reviews so it appears this is how they try and handle business. Hilarious! Have all the same complaints, poor scheduling, impossible English, and no response to returned phone calls. The best part was, they could not pronounce Albuquerque!! They are short staffed and don't show for appointments. The actual tech coming to my house was great but the process and management is horrible. I asked when the could come and they said they will call me back in a few days Notes: 1by pass the entry call center person , they literally can not do anything. Ask for the manager to get scheduled 2. My tv repair took 11 weeks and me calling daily for status 3. Make sure tech at you house knows they can call directv tech if park doesn't fix tv. I had previous work done back in 2017 involving a tv and the Geek Squad Extended Service Plan. I know what I am talking about. Products is Sony TV and 5-year Geek Squad Service Plan I bought at Best Buy. My tv won't turn on. I called the phone # listed on Best Buy website. Best Buy had scheduled a Tech to come out on ---- day/time. It turns out to be this company. (Very unusually. Best Buy had never used 3rd Party Contract Companies to do repairs.) They next day, I received a long text. Like other reviewers, they wanted pictures of the tv being on and the model and serial # of said tv, so they could order parts (even tho nobody had looked at the tv in person). I let them know: Tv won't turn on. Why would I do any of those things when Best Buy had already set up an for a in home repair for --- day and time. If they have any problems, contact Best Buy. They keep on assisting that I do their job that Best Buy hired them to do. At the end of it all, they decided to violated the contract they have with Best Buy and going to pay a hefty fine to Best Buy. I reported them to Best Buy, they pushed back my appointment by 1 day, they in-home service is going to be done by Geek Squad themselves. ------------------------------------------------------------- Best Buy already knew the model and serial # to my tv. Best Buy knew that my tv won't turn on. White Eagle Technology on the other hand, decided to jump the gun. By doing so, it leaves me to think that they have no idea how to properly do a repair job or even follow Best Buy's strict procedures. How do they possible know what parts to order for a tv that they have yet to diagnose? That is common sense to diagnose the problem/issue before ordering any parts. It been like that for thousands of years. They would have known what my model and serial #s is if they would of read Best Buy's work order. Here is what they should had done in the 1st place. This is what Best Buy Geek Squad wanted them to do. 1: Tech. shows up for appointment. 2: Tech. checks tv for model and serial #s to see if its the correct tv. 3: Tech. diagnosis the tv. 4: A: If the tv can't be fix. Tech. starts the return/exchanged process. B: If the tv can be fix. Tech. order the parts needed. 5: (It could take a while) A: If parts gets delayed indefinitely. They start the return/exchange process. It can take a very long time to start the process. B: Tech. receives said parts. Makes a in-home appointment for repair. 6: Repeat steps 1-2. 7: Makes the repairs, fixes the tv. 8: A: If it fixes tv and have no other problems. That is it. B:If the repairs don't work, or the problem comes back after the Tech. leaves. Tech will repeat the steps. The next day that was scheduled, the technician called 30 minutes beforehand to tell us that he didn't come this far and we would have to reschedule. Then I get a text msg saying that a technician will arrive at my place between 10 and 11am on 7/20. I waited until 2pm and called them back. They said that the appt was not for 7/20 but 7/22. Horrible company to deal with. Asurion apparently contracts their warranty repairs through them. Communication is horrendous. My two year old son has better grammar, spelling and sentence structure compared to these employees. Had an appointment for a tech to complete a repair between 10a-2p. Arranged to stay home instead of going to work to be available. Was not updated until 11am that "due to a technical issue" with their appointment system they were not able ti make it. Yet they obviously knew about it but didn't update me until way later. Fast forward to the second appointment...they provided me a later window of time and the number to the technician assigned. I messaged the technician to confirm details and he had not gotten any information pertaining to even having me scheduled. He stated he already had something during my window of time. The tech managed ti still make it to my home within the time frame. He is not directly affiliated with White Eagle. I asked the company numerous times to update my phone number for communication, yet the incorrect phone was always used. Stay away!!! read more

Unfortunate that they earn 1 star by default. Avoid business with White Eagle Technology at all costs! I purchased my TV from Video Only in Jantzen Beach, OR. Video Only sells Warrantech's warranty, and Warrentech hires White Eagle to do the repair or to subcontract the work to be done. White Eagle schedules repair appointments to come to our home, and then no one shows up (multiple times). White Eagle doesn't answer the phone and doesn't follow up on items they say they will follow up on. They also managed to text me about a repair appointment without ever calling me to schedule the appointment to see if that works for my schedule. White Eagle can't go out of business fast enough to prevent other consumers from having to deal with them. read more

I agree with the other reviewers here, I would give them zero stars if I could. It has been close to impossible to communicate with this company. They try and text message you to coordinate appointments but they continually ask you for information you already gave them. When they call (which was consistently around 6:00am my time) they don't see what you've already sent them in text messages. I had the wrong parts sent the first time and the technician had to send them back. Then when the correct parts arrived I had two no-shows from the technician. Now the company won't return my text messages for the ticket I had opened. Worst customer experience I've ever had with a company. I went through Asurion to get my TV repaired and they use this company for the TV fixes. Well it has been over a month and I haven't received any parts multiple times of me trying to reach out and ask them what's going on and all I got was the same answer that they don't know why it's taking so long and they were sorry and that's it. it took me having to call Asurion and talking to their head supervisor to make them send me a whole new TV something that I was told was supposed to happen the day I bought the insurance to begin with. they were not only rude and unhelpful but also uncaring. read more

This company was sent to repair my TV by Squaretrade as I had warranty. Issue was the TV not turning ON but after repair, screen got damaged and has lines. Now squaretrade is denying me a repair/replacement saying it is accidental damage by me. Thanks to this company, my 75" Sony TV has become useless and I have to buy another TV. They schedule appointments and never show up nor do they call to notify you they won't be making appointment. When you call the company (myprotectionplan360) who set you up through this company, they will reschedule you though them again stating something went wrong as if they dropped the ball. The 2nd appointment scheduled, they did the same. Called the warranty company (myprotectionplan360) again, they rescheduled me through another, which I find out that my TV can not be fixed. I was told I would have the choice of either getting refunded the amount that I paid for the TV or I would get a replacement of equal value. Neither happened, the warranty company (myprotectionplan360) sent an email that I would receive a check, however, it will be $300 less due to having to pay for service calls. I reached back out to www.myprotectionplan360.com, they said if I have any issues to take it up with the other companies...WOW, REALLY!!!
