We reached out to a few other windows installation companies while dealing with undersized windows. WindowTech was known for their practices. On July 28, 2026, WindowTech made a public comment below this review. As of this date, WindowTech never reached out to address the undersized windows, ignored Better Business Bureau®(BBB) inquiry about our complaint. All they cared about is the rest payment ignoring 7 windows in incomplete condition. They have engaged a corporation litigation paralegal to send demand letter for collecting the rest payment. Again, the demand letter by paralegal has threatened suing us in the Small Claim Court. Stay away from WindowTech unless you want to experience the same as we do. read more
