I waited a year to leave this review to see if I had a change of opinion. We used Wingard after a leak in our kitchen and they were recommended by the restoration company we used. We would probably not use Wingard again unless it was a smaller project. The people who did the actual work were fantastic. The people we worked with in the office were a headache and didn't explain things well. We never had somebody some out and go over 'potential' and how to best utilize our space since we chose to do a FULL kitchen remodel. The cabinet company they preferred did the WORST installation job and they had to come back out to fix it but seriously.. why did I as a paying customer for a full remodel have to mention it and not the project manager and then the cabinets guys seemed annoyed they even had to come back out. It was wild. The lady who helped make product decisions was rude and didn't explain things and the process so we had to pick floors well after we picked cabinets from a different company. It was just not a smooth and seamless process as a first timer using contractors for a full remodel. Overall, I love my kitchen and the workers made it worth it and felt comfortable with them in the house. read more
