Overall I am SO grateful that there is another option on base to eat. When you live/ work/ go to school on base for as long as I have over the years, Subway, Arby's, Taco Bell, Charleys, and Dominos gets reallllllly old. So it's awesome that we have a wing specialty place. The employees are really friendly and efficient, the area has always been clean when I have gotten orders to go, even during a busy time. I think the drink machine would be more convenient in another location since the line gets crowded for pick up orders while people are filling their cups, but if it has to go there it has to go there. Maybe the line will be reworked and make for smoother ordering. My biggest complaint, and it's honestly just a wing stop thing in general, is the amount of oil left in the bottom of the to go containers. It's so gross, the styrofoam containers aren't sealed great and if it's not kept perfectly upright in the bag, you have oil all over your car seat. Idk why they don't strain it better before boxing it up, but it's consistently a Wing Stop thing so maybe they are told to do it that way? But why? It washes away a lot of the seasoning of the dry rubs. It just makes you feel like you are definitely eating something bad for you. read more
