Employer Review - Documented Pattern of Abuse, Harassment, and Unprofessional Conduct Over the past five years working with this employer on and off, I witnessed and personally experienced a long‑standing pattern of abusive, hostile, and deeply unprofessional behavior. I knew going in that the environment would require thick skin, but the reality was far worse than anything I expected. The workplace was volatile from start to finish, and the employer's conduct repeatedly crossed personal, ethical, and legal boundaries. Hostile and Abusive Behavior Throughout my employment, the employer routinely used insults, intimidation, and demeaning language toward employees. He frequently allowed his ego and temper to dictate how he treated staff, creating a toxic environment where every worker who walked through the door became a target. This included: Repeated verbal attacks Threats and retaliatory behavior Hostile text messages escalating conflicts instead of resolving them Attempts to manipulate or withhold pay Threats involving keys, access, and job security Multiple text exchanges show the employer insulting employees, threatening prosecution, firing people impulsively, and using degrading language. These messages were not isolated incidents -- they were part of a consistent pattern. Dangerous Conduct I personally experienced situations that were unsafe and unacceptable, including being threatened with a firearm. This crossed every imaginable boundary of workplace safety and professionalism. Harassment and Discrimination The employer regularly made inappropriate comments, including: Racial jokes and slurs Sexual remarks Demeaning comments about female employees A former female employee confirmed in writing that he made inappropriate comments about her body and spoke negatively about both her and other staff behind their backs. She also stated that he talked badly about me to her during her employment -- further proving this behavior was not isolated. Unprofessional Communication and Retaliation Screenshots of conversations show: The employer insulting employees Mocking workers with childish comments Threatening to withhold keys or pay Making jokes about "running to Mexico" with money Repeatedly escalating arguments instead of resolving them Attempting to intimidate employees with legal threats These exchanges demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism, emotional control, and leadership ability. Pattern Confirmed by Others Other employees -- past and present -- have echoed the same concerns. Reviews online reflect the same issues: hostility, disrespect, harassment, and unprofessional conduct. The employer's behavior is not a misunderstanding or a one‑time conflict; it is a long‑term pattern witnessed by multiple people. Final Assessment No employer is perfect, but professionalism is the bare minimum. This workplace consistently failed to meet even the most basic standards of respect, safety, and ethical conduct. While the employer may possess some technical knowledge, his behavior, treatment of employees, and overall conduct overshadow any skill he claims to have. You are far better off seeking a more reputable, respectful professional. BEWARE. read more
