When I walked in there was 8 people waiting and I made number 9. The line grew to 13 people waiting and customers walking out the door as soon as they came in. Only 3 reps on the floor and one of them was only checking people in. I only need to do a simple return. In fact, last year I remember simply leaving the modem in a basket outside the door and they checked it in on their down time. Why did this change? Why is the "greeter" not able to check people in and scan in modems. Very poor customer service. Won't be coming back to this location in the future. read more
