    Made an appointment and didn't have to wait long. The help was not helpful. What customer wants to hear, " I have bad news for you" and "You should call customer service and see what kinds of deals they have". I made an appointment to see a human and received these answers... Why even have an xfinity store if you don't want to actually help? The woman signing customers in was welcoming. The staff on the other hand are not at all helpful. Don't bother wasting your time. Call, you'll probably have

    Horrible company! OMG! It's a nightmare. You can't get a person on the phone. I have been calling for 2 days and I have spent hours trying to get help. My internet has not been staying connected for months. Go anywhere else!!!!

    It is almost impossible to get through their AI when cable problems occur. We had 2 cable boxes stop working within days.

    We used fortis as our IT company for the last few years and hired them to move our server to "there…read moredata center" after 4 months we had our launch date on a Monday. We were shut down for 2 days with computer problems and for the next 2 weeks had nothing but problems and downtime. We told them to move our stuff back to our inhouse server only to find out they actually tried to put us in AZURE Microsoft cloud base . That was never discussed and they decided to to that on their own without any change order and lied and said that's what the plan was when literally we had them in our office and thru emails stating that we are moving to there data center were they have space. Our software at that time was not going to work in that platform due to the amount of data. We decided after all the problems to cancel our service to only have fortis strong arm us and held us hostage. We disputed a $1900.00 charge for services they were charging us but not providing and finally after a back and forth with them we agreed to pay as long as we can get our credentials and then they said they were going to audit our account. The next week they sent us a bill for 8,000 dollars for magical tickets from 2 years ago ,gave us 24 hours to pay or they would disrupted out ability to work and that is exactly what they did .block our staff and took over our computers. We ended up paying them 10,000 as basically ransom. They are dishonest and they claim to be there to protect you from viruses and people taking over your computer but they are the ones you need to worry about. It has been 2 months cents our cancellation and guess what ,not one computer problem except from the computers we bought from them . So weird that having the "big IT company with multiple calls to fix computers to not having any problems at all says a lot. The light at the end of the tunnel we also cancelled our VoIP and found a new vender that was less price and more features and we are not paying 2400.00 a month to them for there contract. It was a blessing that they performed so poorly as we found better solutions. If i can save one person from this nightmare and them using a company that will charge you for services they are not providing then this review is worth it. If your looking for a honest IT Company they are not it. you can look online and see this is common practice for them.

    I am pasting an email that I sent to the CEO of Verizon today. This location is an absolute JOKE…read more Don't even bother attempting to receive help from them. And if the "employees" that were there and remember me, please know I have the entire audio of our interaction before you try to respond with lies. I am writing to formally report an extremely concerning and unacceptable experience I had at a Verizon authorized retail store located at 2465 Iron Point Rd., Folsom, CA 95630 on April 16, 2026, at approximately 1:45 PM. We remained in the store until 2:35 PM attempting to resolve an issue caused by Verizon, yet the situation escalated due to the conduct of the store's employees. As the account holder and a Verizon customer for nearly 14 years with multiple lines on our account, I expect a far higher level of professionalism and customer care than what we experienced. The reason I am contacting you directly is because I am genuinely livid with how I was treated. I understand that poor service can happen from time to time, and I typically give the benefit of the doubt and move on. However, this experience was far beyond that. Even an hour after leaving the store, I am still extremely upset by how the situation was handled. I know this is not the level of service Verizon expects from its employees, and that is why I feel this needs to be brought to the top level for review. We visited the store to return a Verizon home internet modem that was sent to us in error. The equipment was never opened or used. Instead of receiving assistance, we were met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. I was told they would get someone on the phone to help us, and he walked away. We waited at least 10 min and only heard him and 4 or 5 others in the back, laughing and talking about things not related to work. Nobody was calling anyone like we were told. So, I called 611 on my own. They were gathered in the back of the store socializing and laughing while customers, including ourselves and another individual who entered during our visit, were ignored. The exception was one employee who was with a customer and seemed like the only one wanting to work. After waiting and observing this, I expressed frustration about the lack of service. Rather than de-escalating the situation or assisting us, an employee accused me of having an "attitude," which further escalated the interaction. My frustration was a direct result of being ignored while employees were visibly not working. Because of my "attitude", I was told to leave the store. I didn't, because I did nothing wrong. I informed the representative that I would be placing her on speakerphone so she could directly communicate with the store employees. She then clearly advised that the equipment could be accepted and returned at that location. Despite hearing this directly, the employee still refused to process the return. Due to how escalated the interaction had become, the representative then instructed us to leave the equipment at the store and exit immediately, confirming that the return would be considered complete. As we were leaving, store employees continued to contradict this instruction and yelled for us to take the equipment with us, stating, "we aren't processing this, so take it." We followed Verizon's direction and left the equipment in the store before exiting. This experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. At no point did we feel respected or supported as customers. The refusal to follow direct instruction from Verizon customer support, combined with the behavior displayed by staff, raises serious concerns about oversight and accountability at authorized retail locations. Given the severity of this situation, I am requesting a formal review of this incident, including the conduct of the employees involved and the store's refusal to follow Verizon customer support direction. I also expect a response outlining what actions will be taken to address this matter.

    Above and beyond -- highly recommend…read more Josh promised they'd find a way to get my TV rehung and fully working again, and he absolutely delivered. I had been without a working TV for quite awhile, and Samsung was scheduled to come mid-afternoon today. I was really hoping to be able to watch the 49ers game at 5:00 PM. Josh dispatched Eric and his helper (his delightful and very capable spouse), and they stayed until after 6:30 PM on a Saturday night making sure everything was perfect. They didn't just mount the TV -- they handled all the moving parts: getting the Samsung and Xfinity remotes working correctly, restoring soundbar volume control, troubleshooting connection issues, and reconnecting my Apple TV. Eric's communication was excellent throughout the day and the whole experience was beyond my expectations. Afterward, I looked at their website and realized how many different services they offer -- and that's their edge. You're not hiring "two guys who can hang a TV." You're hiring people who actually know how to make the entire system work together. Before you go with the cheapest estimate, consider everything beyond just hanging it on the wall. This team is worth it. These are the people I'll call every time.
