Was literally lied to by the customer service reps on the phone and by the sales reps in person. On the phone, the rep said I couldn't go to the store to get a SIM card. (Lie number one) I had to wait for it to be mailed to me which was supposed to take two business days and ended up being 5?? (The sales rep in person said they probably wanted the commission, wtf??) When I went into the store they said the order couldn't be canceled and sent me off? (Lie number 2)
That was yesterday. Today I spent another hour on the phone and demanded that I get my phone working today and all of a sudden they can cancel the order? Which they said they couldn't yesterday because it was "past the cancel time". Long story short I've gotten nothing but lies from these people. I have not been able to make work calls because of these people and their lying tendencies? I was calling customer service for help and got majorly fucked. VERY disappointed. read more
