If I could rate this company 0 I would.
It's been 30 days since canceling my account with Xfinity via customer service (which I know see was apparently the biggest mistake) and from then...I have still yet to be issued my $180.25 refund....
Oh yes, my previous review said $127.25 and that's because I found out (by going in store to see the monitor the employee's work on) they charged me $50 something for my equipment which I did not receive any email/notification of any charge that they did so....when I have the receipt that my equipment was returned in store July 20th at 1:28pm (thanks for taking my equipment consultant Javonne K!)
It is now August 7th and I still have not received my return!!!! After calling their putrid customer service call centers and speaking to supervisor Cesar (no last name would be given) and then calling their corporate line today to speak to a Desire J- in which I was told once again- "your refund should process in 3/5 days" although I have requested my refund since canceling my services with them since July 7th....
I have also left two corporate complaints for this horrible process of Xfinity/Comcast making their customers practically spend 5+ hours to get their own money refunded properly back to them...wow this almost seems like this could be a legal issue....
Since my first corporate complaint went unanswered in a way- today I was told I would receive a phone call from Chris, their higher up....
Can't wait for your phone call Chris....should I hold breath?
I would literally never recommend anyone to sign up with their services if this is how they handle their costumers/refunds upon leaving- I have been recorded on their costumer service lines requesting my refund over three times now.
