    If I could rate this company 0 I would. It's been 30 days since canceling my account with Xfinity via customer service (which I know see was apparently the biggest mistake) and from then...I have still yet to be issued my $180.25 refund.... Oh yes, my previous review said $127.25 and that's because I found out (by going in store to see the monitor the employee's work on) they charged me $50 something for my equipment which I did not receive any email/notification of any charge that they did so....when I have the receipt that my equipment was returned in store July 20th at 1:28pm (thanks for taking my equipment consultant Javonne K!) It is now August 7th and I still have not received my return!!!! After calling their putrid customer service call centers and speaking to supervisor Cesar (no last name would be given) and then calling their corporate line today to speak to a Desire J- in which I was told once again- "your refund should process in 3/5 days" although I have requested my refund since canceling my services with them since July 7th.... I have also left two corporate complaints for this horrible process of Xfinity/Comcast making their customers practically spend 5+ hours to get their own money refunded properly back to them...wow this almost seems like this could be a legal issue.... Since my first corporate complaint went unanswered in a way- today I was told I would receive a phone call from Chris, their higher up.... Can't wait for your phone call Chris....should I hold breath? I would literally never recommend anyone to sign up with their services if this is how they handle their costumers/refunds upon leaving- I have been recorded on their costumer service lines requesting my refund over three times now. WHERE IS MY REFUND!?

    This location is awesome. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Parking is close and free. You can't go wrong here if you need anything Comcast/Xfinity related. That's not just cable/internet/home phone, but Xfinity Mobile too.

    Just horrible service overall! I told them what I needed and they pressed me to include other services I had no interest in.

    Rudest employees ever. Condescending and arrogant. We're not stupid and I can stop anywhere. I will never go to this store again.

    Worst experience ever. Gave me the wrong modem. Had to come back and waited for 35 minutes as I watched employees literally standing around.

    UPDATE TO ORIGINAL RATING It's now April 29, 2019 and at 3pm…read moremy landline phone rang...... I picked it up not expecting anyone to hear me, but I said "HELLO" and a man said, Hi, I'm from AT&T. I said...." you can hear me"????, he said yes, loud and clear. It's been 3 weeks to the day since my phone has worked!!! I asked him to call me back to be sure it's working and to let me see if I could dial out to another number and have that work too. Sure enough, I was able to make an outgoing call too and leave a message . AT&T called me back and again, he could hear me clearly. It seems that it was NOT directly Clear Rate's fault that my phone wasn't working, it was AT&T's equipment that Clear Rate utilizes, that was faulty. In the end, it was AT&T who was dragging their feet not fully inspecting nor fully troubleshooting my problem and kept blaming Clear Rate.

Our family had a phone plan with them for many years however, one day they turned our service off and allowed another company to "take" or "port" our phone number without our consent. We went as far as calling their 8 different phone numbers, emailing 3 different departments within their organization, and chatting with someone via their chat service. Until today, this issue is still not resolved. My elderly family members are very emotionally disturbed over this issue. Many family still hold dear the value of having a home phone number. We thought this company was professional and upright however, there is is a possibly we are mistaken. Dear Clear Rate Communications, please respond to this message. Our family would like to resolve this issue.

    The nightmare is finally over with this internet provider…read more Summary since my last review: -Multiple "unexplained" outages. -Discount periods became less and less where I was calling every two months to get a new one re-applied -Final discount ask was not granted and I was only given a slightly higher speed -Cable re-bury effort after our line got cut was redone 5 times and still kept popping up. They claim to bury 18 inches but it looked like 4 or 5 inches at best -Unexplained bill increases. Most likely pulling back their covid-era speed increases by charging their customers. -Customer service chat/phone call is the worst I've ever dealt with. Agents need to have the issue repeated multiple times. You're reporting an issue and they say "excellent, I'm glad to hear that and hope you're doing well". Either not understanding or not listening. -Canceling was very painful. Could not be done through chat, had to be done over the phone, was transferred 4 times and kept getting asked to renew. I'm still getting calls and emails to reactivate my service. I also had to pay Fedex to ship my equipment back, I couldn't drop them off at this location. I know most internet/cable companies are poor but WOW is by far the worst I've ever had. Avoid at all costs.
