My friend had this in NY and said all the good things so I decided to give it a try and see what the hype was all about.
The drink was nothing close to what I was imagining, maybe because I watched the lady pour a whole cup of milk and just added a little coffee whip on top. According to my friend there was supposed to be more of the coffee whip so to me it just tasted like milk rather than coffee milk. Don't get me wrong the coffee whip was really good but they didn't add the correct amount. A little strange but they weigh their bobas for each drink, so that will take extra time than needed to make their drinks.
The decor was really cute and they had a little fortune teller thing on the wall. There weren't any papers in any of the slots but it would've been cool for my kiddos to do.
Service was just ok. The doors were unlocked so we walked in without knowing if they're opened or not and after a good few minutes of us looking at the menu someone came out and said they're not opened yet and we need to step out (didn't even apologize), this was probably ~10 mins. Later we went back right a few mins before 11 and saw 2 tables were occupied already by customers but they weren't kicked out.
For those that can't handle dairy they do offer oat milk and lactaid. Also, if it matters to you they use organic whole milk in their drinks. read more
