Found this food truck court while strolling around Moab. It's down a side street, and we didn't see any signage on the main road, so you might miss it unless you like to wander around the side streets. Lots of food trucks to choose from. We were there in the afternoon, so a couple of the breakfast spots (like the crepe place) were closed. There was a large tented area to eat under. It provided great shade, along with water misters to keep you cool. Great spot with a nice selection of vendors. read more
