    Traditional banana split
    Cora M.

Fun spot in Moab for a quick bite or longer stay. About a dozen trucks encircling a canopied dining area. Wide variety of choices from Mediterranean to BarBQ to British Fish and chips to American and everything in between. Today we chose the BarBQ. For $15 you get two choices of meat, ribs, brisket, chicken and pulled pork, plus coke slaw, beans, and Texas toast. We had the ribs and brisket which was so tender a plastic fork was all you needed. The ice cream truck beckoned us and we shared the banana split. Huge sundae. You can order the traditional which we did or custom make your sundae from a dozen choices. Popular spot in Moab. Lots of free parking and tables to sit and people watch. Right in the middle of town. We'll return before our visit ends. #moabfoodtruckpark

Great idea for when people have different ideas for what they want for food, or just a beautiful place to sit outside. Overall, this was a lot of fun. They could have better signage as far as where bathrooms are located and which restaurants are opened or closed, but it was great otherwise. We got Cluckers Fried Chicken- parmesan garlic wings and fries, as well as a falafel bowl from wrap it up, the Mediterranean food truck. Both were great. Definitely check it out if you're in town!

Found this food truck court while strolling around Moab. It's down a side street, and we didn't see any signage on the main road, so you might miss it unless you like to wander around the side streets. Lots of food trucks to choose from. We were there in the afternoon, so a couple of the breakfast spots (like the crepe place) were closed. There was a large tented area to eat under. It provided great shade, along with water misters to keep you cool. Great spot with a nice selection of vendors.

If you want variety all in one place this is it. There are tables in the middle and your choice of food truck surrounding it. Fun place and prices were average for the area.

Decent food truck park in the Moab area! Good if you don't want traditional restaurant sit-down, but want to choose from a variety of foods and cuisines. We tried a lot of different places here over our week long stay. We liked the Mediterranean Wrap It Up truck, Miss Gelato, Chill & Shakes, The chicken food truck and the quesadilla one. Not all food trucks were open every day. The seating is kind of limited depending on what day and time you go, but usually there's a spot to sit and eat. It gets more crowded during the evenings.

I tried the Spicy chicken shawarma from the Mediterranean "Wrap it Up" food truck. It was one of the best wrap I ever had, saucy and spicy with all the ingredients distributed evenly. There are other food truck options including sushi, tacos, fried chicken etc. Great place to stop after visiting Arches. There is an eating area in the middle with shade.

Great food selection and well laid out. We enjoyed some BBQ, burritos and gelato for dessert. Everything was great and the vendors were nice. Plenty of seating with nice mist to cool off. Bathrooms were clean as well.

    Philly Cheese steak and fries
    Fat Man Reviews K.

While in Moab, the Fat Man had an opportunity to check out a food truck park. The Moab Food Truck Park is a down-to-earth food truck park featuring outlets with classic street fare, plus seating areas. They have eight different trucks offering a variety of cuisines to sample. We started at Cluckers Fried Chicken and ordered eight boneless wings with buffalo and Bleu cheese. The wings were crispy and juicy and had a great chew. The Buffalo sauce had a good heat level but was not overwhelming, with a nice salty flavor, and the wings were thoroughly coated. The Bleu cheese was out of a bottle but was chunky and offered a cooling effect. The next truck that we sampled was Fresh 2 Go. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with green peppers and fries. The fries were cooked well and crispy, with a nice seasoning, but the aftertaste says the frying oil was old. The bun had good toast, and the steak was juicy and chewed well. However, the seasoning was very light, and more could have been used to cut through the cheese and the bread. The provolone cheese is thick and causes a drying effect on the sandwich. Wiz or a sauce could have helped with that. The green pepper offered some texture to each bite. Next up was a hot dog from Street Dogs. I ordered a Chicago 7 served with a poppy seed bun, 9" beef Frank, dill pickle, Chicago style sweet relish, green pickled tomato, chopped onions, sport peppers, celery salt, and mustard. The hot dog was cooked excellently. It was salty and juicy, and the casing had a great snap. The poppy seed bun had a nice toast on it. The sweet relish and the pickles' green tomato offered crunch and sweetness, and the tomato was an excellent surprise feature. The onions and sports peppers also had a good crunch, giving each bite some heat. The mustard and celery salt tied the whole thing together. This one is one of the best Chicago dogs that I have had. The last stop was at AK Rolls and Bowls. We ended our food adventure with the steamed dumplings. They were filled with Pork and Chicken mix, vegetables, and homemade sauce. The dumplings were steamed well with a slight sticky chew. The homemade sauce is soy-forward with a very light sweetness and hints of rice wine vinegar, but it did not deliver much flavor and was very thin. The chicken and pork were cooked well in the dumplings, but lacked flavor. Moab Food Truck Park had seating and restrooms, and everyone was very friendly. Instagram Version While visiting Moab, the Fat Man had the chance to explore the Moab Food Truck Park--a laid-back spot featuring a variety of food trucks serving up classic street fare. With eight different trucks and plenty of seating, it's a great place to sample a little of everything. We kicked things off at Cluckers Fried Chicken, where we ordered eight boneless wings with buffalo sauce and Bleu cheese. The wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and had a satisfying bite. The buffalo sauce packed a pleasant heat, spicy but not overpowering, with a solid salty kick. Each wing was generously coated. While the Bleu cheese came from a bottle, it had a chunky texture and balanced the heat well. Next, we visited Fresh 2 Go and tried their Philly Cheesesteak with green peppers and fries. The fries were nicely crisped and seasoned, but an off aftertaste hinted that the oil might have been due for a change. The sandwich had a well-toasted bun and tender, juicy steak. However, it was a bit under-seasoned, and the thick provolone made the overall texture a bit dry. A cheese sauce or drizzle of something creamy could've elevated it. The green peppers added a welcome bit of crunch and freshness. Our third stop was Street Dogs, where we ordered the Chicago 7 hot dog. This one came fully loaded: a 9" beef frank on a toasted poppy seed bun, topped with a dill pickle spear, sweet relish, pickled green tomato, chopped onions, sport peppers, celery salt, and mustard. The dog itself was salty, juicy, and had a satisfying snap. The toppings came together beautifully--the relish and green tomato added crunch and sweetness, while the sport peppers brought heat. The mustard and celery salt rounded it out. Easily one of the best Chicago dogs I've had. Last was AK Rolls and Bowls for steamed dumplings filled with pork, chicken, and veggies. The dumplings had a nice chewy texture and were steamed just right, but the filling lacked flavor. The soy-based sauce was too thin and didn't add much. The Moab Food Truck Park offers a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of seating and clean restrooms. The Fat Man says Moab Food Truck Park is Fat Man Approved with 1 chin.

Almost dead, many trucks closed, in early October for lunch on a Friday. We went elsewhere for lunch.

Ask the Community - Moab Food Truck Park

Is alcohol sold by any trucks and if not is it legal to bring our own and drink outside?

I'm pretty sure they don't sell alcohol but I'm not sure if you can BYO.

We will be in town on Tuesday, August 4th and wanted to know if all the Food Trucks will be open. Is the open time still 11 am? Also are there water misters and shade because of the heat?

They now have shade and misters!
