Where do I start? The lack of professionalism this business displays is beyond what words can capture. When I approached this business for a website and business cards from a referral I assumed I would be able to trust the work-product. I was certainly mistaken. It started with a website littered with spelling and grammatical errors. After sending screenshot after screenshot of the errors I was told that I was being a difficult customer. In what world does asking for minor corrections make me difficult? I'm certain they are anticipating this review because things have certainly gone off the rails since then. He made my website live without my approval still with clunky spelling errors. When the time came for me to end my business relationship with this company I simply asked to gain control of what I paid for being my website and business cards. They provided me with all unusable data and after taking the information to three different graphic designers I was told that the company still controlled everything. In the midst of this debacle I received a phone call from them telling me that they had ordered business cards on my behalf that they admitted was a mistake and expected me to pay for them after this falling out. I would have gladly just parted ways peacefully with them and just moved on had it not been for the recent conversation I had with the owner, after asking for a domain transfer. I walked in on a Thursday asking for the transfer I was told it would take 24 hours. After not receiving the transfer email on Monday I went back again and patiently waited for the owner to get on a customer service call with the hosting company after being told their systems were down and I left. Calling back a few days later to follow up resulted in barrage of insults hurled my way because I was asking him to do exit work and he expected me to be grateful that he was not charging me for it. Of course sir I will gladly kiss your feet for a year of wasted time and money, which results in no work product. I would avoid this place at all costs. Since I'm certain they will either try to have this review removed or try to respond with some excuse I'll provide pictures to show how careless you can be with someone's digital image when you claim to be an expert about everything. I genuinely hope that anyone willing to put faith in you in the future does not have to deal with your ego and that you have learned to take some accountability for the work you produce. read more
