Came here to drop off a package with a prepaid FedEx label because this location is listed as an "Authorized FedEx ShipCenter" on the official FedEx website. When I arrived, the clerk refused to accept the package and claimed they don't ship FedEx at all. This directly contradicts what's listed online and ended up wasting my time going out of my way to come here. If this location no longer accepts FedEx drop-offs, that needs to be clearly communicated and updated online. Otherwise, customers are being misled. Very frustrating experience. read more

Where do I start? The lack of professionalism this business displays is beyond what words can capture. When I approached this business for a website and business cards from a referral I assumed I would be able to trust the work-product. I was certainly mistaken. It started with a website littered with spelling and grammatical errors. After sending screenshot after screenshot of the errors I was told that I was being a difficult customer. In what world does asking for minor corrections make me difficult? I'm certain they are anticipating this review because things have certainly gone off the rails since then. He made my website live without my approval still with clunky spelling errors. When the time came for me to end my business relationship with this company I simply asked to gain control of what I paid for being my website and business cards. They provided me with all unusable data and after taking the information to three different graphic designers I was told that the company still controlled everything. In the midst of this debacle I received a phone call from them telling me that they had ordered business cards on my behalf that they admitted was a mistake and expected me to pay for them after this falling out. I would have gladly just parted ways peacefully with them and just moved on had it not been for the recent conversation I had with the owner, after asking for a domain transfer. I walked in on a Thursday asking for the transfer I was told it would take 24 hours. After not receiving the transfer email on Monday I went back again and patiently waited for the owner to get on a customer service call with the hosting company after being told their systems were down and I left. Calling back a few days later to follow up resulted in barrage of insults hurled my way because I was asking him to do exit work and he expected me to be grateful that he was not charging me for it. Of course sir I will gladly kiss your feet for a year of wasted time and money, which results in no work product. I would avoid this place at all costs. Since I'm certain they will either try to have this review removed or try to respond with some excuse I'll provide pictures to show how careless you can be with someone's digital image when you claim to be an expert about everything. I genuinely hope that anyone willing to put faith in you in the future does not have to deal with your ego and that you have learned to take some accountability for the work you produce. read more

The BEST PRINTING PLACE!!! So professional and had so many options they offer for my company. They complete my job which had 4 orders in the same day. I called them a million times and they are very nice never aggravated. They completed my job which entailed 4 ORDERS IN ONE DAY which was NO EXISTENT when I called other Printing places !!! I have been doing business with Printing Xpert for a few years. I use them for all of my printing needs. I no longer shop around at all. Their prices are always as good or better then other local printers. Whether, I have my own design, need something designed, or have an idea I need created, I am always happy with their work. Also, I like the energy of the company. In the end, the only reason that I do printing is to serve the purpose of growing my business. There is a sense at printing Xpert, that they understand their role in building your business, and I can use them for pretty much anything I need. They provide so many printing services. read more

I didn't go through them for a digital image that I was hoping to get done. They left a poor impression on me before I even I entered. I had called to make an appointment to talk about the job I was hoping to get done. When I get there, one worker came in before me and slammed the door in my face, maybe without realizing. Then that guy continued to talk to the other people behind the counter for a very long time, while the woman told me to have a seat and wait (despite calling ahead to let them know what time I was coming). After maybe about fifteen minutes, the man asked "how can I help you today?" I felt that the guy I was talking with didn't seem to really understand my vision and didn't seem to even care enough to get a better idea of what I was talking about. At the end of the conversation, I asked about pricing, and he evidently pulled a random number off the top of his head-- a very high number!
