Cafe de Blaire just opened up in August (during COVID). It's one of the best ice cream places I have been to in STL. Customer service is top notch. The owner and workers are very nice. They have about 8 flavors at one time. My favorites were the strawberry and non-dairy cherry. My friend enjoyed the cookie dough and chocolate ice cream.
