Service. Tried the Gooey looey. Super sweet. The lady who I think is the owner gave me a water. So charitable of her! I ordered a turkey sandwich to go. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Just a cute spot. Cute decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Best coffee shop in Downtown St. Louis! The ube latte is the best plus they have really yummy desserts. Don't forget to try their home made ice creams, the best! The owners are awesome and so friendly. I will definitely go back when I am in the area.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Adorable small cafe/coffee shop in downtown STL, you can instantly tell it's family owned and operated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The young man working at the counter was efficient and kind. He served up my drink and treats with a smile and was very sweet and patient helping a foreign elderly couple behind me get their desired breakfast sandwich. I went with a classic iced americano- decaf, which instantly hit the spot on a hot and humid Midwest day. In the bakery case they had some delicious looking sweet treats in the form of "bars" so of course I ordered a flight of all four to taste test. Here's my ranking- 1. Lemon Bar (if you like gooey and underbaked sweet things you'll love this, tart sharp lemon flavor but very very sweet) 2. Butter Cake (super rich and decadent, melts in your mouth but, be warned it's hard to take more than 2 bites of this at a time) 3. Classic Fudge Brownie (dense and thick with a deep rich chocolate flavor, could easily eat the whole piece) 4. Cookies and Cream Brownie (just skip this one, nothing special just a thick layer of cream cheese icing on top of the classic fudge brownie)

I have come here before work a few times and imo this cafe definitely beats Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and makes great drinks. I have yet to try their ice cream but their breakfast sandwiches are great. Their seasonal options are also quite interesting and they do offer rewards. I do wish they had lavender syrup though. My go-to is a banana muffin with matcha frappe.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the baristas. I received a compliment on the shirt I was wearing and then we placed our order. He immediately asked if Kylie would like a pup cup which she happily accepted. The layout of the space reminds me of an online library - rows of books, couches, board games, etc. they even had a kids library area which was so cute! Their menu offers more than just coffee too, which was awesome! They also have specialty lattes available. Kylie made herself at home and got tons of attention from all the sweet customers. I love supporting local businesses that share my values. I was admiring some of the stickers for sale at the front counter, and I was told that the owner makes them. There were some fun designs. The staff here was outstanding. 5/5 stars for customer service. I had misplaced my credit card and they reminded me I could do tap to pay from my IPhone. Problem solved. On this visit, I only ordered a cold brew coffee and it was a smooth, mellow blend. It was perfect. They made it exactly the way I ordered it. There is street parking out front and in the surrounding area. This is the perfect coffee shop to gather with friends, read a book alone, or to savor a rainy or cold day.

What to order: The burrata & roasted stone fruit is delightful for the summer. Everyone around the table enjoyed the sticky cauliflower with Korean bbq glaze, scallions, and cilantro. The St. Louis style ribs with sweet bbq glaze and pickled radish as well as the fish and chips were on point. I thoroughly enjoyed the tuna steak with coconut rice, Thai green curry, and charred lime. Note, the tuna steak is not a large plate but is both healthy and very tasty. Service: Exceptional from the friendly greetings and professionalism of Jowena and Nneka, to the excellent recommendations and attentive service provided by Anthony, and the emphasis on the guest experience by Katie. Our table also had a scenic view of the Gateway Arch and the St. Louis skyline. We ordered the Sticky Cauliflower for appetizers. I loved the flavorful cauliflower, especially with that amazing Korean BBQ sauce. We also ordered the Blistered Shishito Peppers, which I could not stop eating. The peppers had a mild, smoky taste and mixed with Chili Crisp Oil and Yuzu Aioli. For my main course, I went with the Pan-Seared Scallops, which I enjoyed very much. For dessert, we had to get what we came here for - the Sticky Toffee Pudding. It was so delicious and a must-have if you dine here. I don't remember the names, but we also had a couple of cocktails that were really good! Service was very good. This is a great restaurant for dinner with a view and a pleasant ambiance.

These yeasty, pillow-soft, melt-in-your-mouth little jewels of joy literally took my breath away. Every city I visit, I make it a mission to go doughnut hunting, but lately all I've been finding are oversized, over-decorated doughnuts that look amazing but lack flavor. Not Pharaoh's. These doughnuts are all about the taste. The rich, perfectly crafted yeast dough wraps your mouth with so much incredible flavor that I was literally salivating with every bite. They are light, fresh, airy, and absolutely unforgettable. This is what a real doughnut should taste like! And let's talk about the customer service! AJ was just as sweet as the treats they serve. She welcomed me with genuine kindness, asked where I was from, how long I'd be in St. Louis, and made me feel like more than just another customer. Then, just when I thought the experience couldn't get any better, I got back to my truck and discovered she had blessed me with three extra doughnuts to try! Now that's hospitality. Thank you, AJ, for making my first visit so memorable, and thank you, Pharaoh's Donuts, for reminding me what an authentic, delicious yeast doughnut is supposed to taste like. I'll definitely be back every time I'm in St. Louis. 5 out of 5 Stars! Highly recommended!
