Sette is such a beautiful addition to Granite Bay and the perfect spot for a date night or a dinner that feels a little more special. We started with the mango Italian soda, which was rich and creamy while still refreshing. The focaccia board was a favorite and came with a variety of dips and spreads that made it hard to stop reaching for another piece. The crispy calamari was cooked perfectly and paired with Italian tartar and spicy arrabbiata sauces that complemented it so well. For entrées, we tried the Lasagna Bolognese and the Pesto Chicken Casarecce, and both were packed with flavor. The pasta tasted fresh and homemade, and the portions were satisfying without feeling overly heavy. The service was excellent. Our server explained the menu and the concept behind "Sette," including the seven homemade pasta specialties. He anticipated what we needed without us having to ask and checked in at just the right times. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. Between the open kitchen, beautiful patio, and sunset views, the atmosphere feels elevated while still being welcoming and comfortable. We finished with the tiramisu and coffee, which were spectacular together and the perfect ending to the meal. Great food, beautiful ambiance, and a spot we'll definitely be coming back to. read more
