Brian and Yama's roofing recently did a tear off and roof replacement on two of our buildings located on the Keaukaha shoreline. The job was not easy, and involved the replacement of some rotted wood and fascia. Not only did Yama's complete the project days ahead of schedule, they offered the best price out of six other local contractors. I found Brian totally professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. His crew communicated with us well, and the cleanup during and after the project was completed to our satisfaction. They even painted the vent pipes to match the standing seam roof color! We used them a few years back for another re roof project at the same location, and we have had no issues at all with roof leaks or other problems.
