Thanks for having us! I had the Grilled Fish Collars, Salmon Hash, and the Cornmeal/mochi flour Pancake. Overall, presentation was attractive, and the cooking and seasoning was great. (The green sauce is tasty!) Only feedback would that a smidge less salt and much less olive oil (which was pooled/drizzled generously around the mains) would be even better, but otherwise had a lovely meal.
The pancake was lighter/airier and a bit more moist than an American pancake, and the fruity jam and whipped cream were lovely too. I quite liked it! The only thing is, for the price, perhaps also a bit of fresh fruit on top or the side would be great as well!
The online phone menu (which you access through a QR code at the table) has photos and descriptions of each item, which I really appreciate because it shows you upfront what to expect. Waitlisting through Yelp saved us time as well The staff was polite and pleasant, and we even got to meet Yang himself ! Best wishes read more
