I know as much about sushi as I do about quantum physics but I do know what my taste buds like and they like Sakura's sushi. So when we go out for sushi it is always an adventure for me. So tonight's adventure was ordering something I have not ordered so I went with the 911 roll. It comes with spicy tuna, carrots,cucumber,avocado and a spicy dressing. My wife ordered the New Mexico roll and it came with spicy crab,cucumber topped with green chili tempura. (We are native New Mexicans so we need our chili even on sushi). Both plates were very fresh and flavorful and spicy. Sakura is our favorite place for sushi. They have a great selection to accommodate just about anyone. They even have sushi tacos!!
