I am a loyal customer of Zara for years and I really like their style. However their customer service at this location is horrible. Recently I purchased a leather skirt but later when tried it on at home found out it has stains. I brought this never worn damaged item with all original tags to the store and thought at least to get a store credit. The rude manager (who shouldn't be working in retail or any kind of customer service) informed me that since I don't have the receipt she can only exchange it for the same item. They didn't have my size in any color. So basically I have remained with damaged item I cannot wear. The manager didn't care and said I can call the headquarters all I want, also that I am the only one who had a problem with the quality of the item. Really Zara?!! read more
