Being so close to The Thirsty Turtle, this already feels like a spot that will be in our regular rotation after our wonderful time here. We were seated at one of their nice hightops next to the bar and were helped right away. Our waitress was also jumping in behind the bar, which made sense since they are still urgently hiring as they settle into opening. We even saw a few interviews happening while we enjoyed our meal, which added a fun bit of behind‑the‑scenes energy to the visit. The buffalo chicken eggrolls were thick, packed with filling, and had just enough heat to keep things interesting without overdoing it. My peach heat wings were hearty enough to be a meal on their own, with plenty of meat on the bone. They were a bit hotter than I expected, but still very good and full of flavor. They paired perfectly with my jalapeno burger, which came out a perfect medium rare. My wife's chicken sandwich was also very good, served on a fresh ciabatta roll with crispy fries on the side. We are really hoping this restaurant keeps growing and settles in as a long‑term fixture in this spot, because it already shows a lot of promise and makes for a fun, satisfying night out. read more
