They answer the phone right away or, on the minimal occasions I've had to leave a message, they call back almost immediately. They have a huge selection of bounce houses, games and concession equipment which you can view online on their user-friendly website. I have never had a problem getting the items I want on the date that I need them. They call me to schedule a delivery time and they are right on time every time. Their delivery staff is fast and friendly, always setting everything up in the exact spot I want it and never causing damage to my yard. When I rent a new piece of concession equipment they always demonstrate the proper use of it which is great so I do not have to fumble around with directions while I am in the middle of the party. All of their equipment has always been in good working condition. If you need other party services that they do not offer such as face painters, magicians, etc.... they can make suggestions for you as they have several contacts. We most recently used the face painter they recommended who does water proof airbrushing. While she was more expensive than others, she did a fantastic job and the kids loved that they could go in the pool after having their faces painted. The party is always great when you rent from Do The Happy Bounce!

We rented their bounce house with a water slide, and also added their cotton candy machine rental--which was a total crowd favorite! The whole experience was fun, smooth, and memorable. Nick and Melissa, the wonderful owners of Bounce House Man, arrived right on time and carefully set everything up--including tarps, the inflatable slide, and the cotton candy station. The slide was clean, safe, and perfect for our water-loving toddler. The cotton candy machine added a magical touch, and the kids were thrilled to watch it spin and enjoy a sweet treat during the party.

I spoke with Roger who said they were moving and if I could tell him what my request would be he would give me an estimate. I asked for minor list of rentals (26 linens napkins, 2-warming dishes, table clothes, ice bucket etc). I was to call back before 6 pm with final counts. I got his voicemail, I left detailed voicemail message. Within twenty four hour I called again, again I got his voicemail message. Four days later no reply. My party is tomorrow.
