My husband had an agreement about the change but on the day of service, they did not do the added work and when my husband called. He was told it would be $400, which happens to be the base charge for them to come out to you house. The additional work was extremely insignificant ( 7 foot tree that was maybe 2 inches around we didn't even ask the to root grind the area. All they had to do was take it down - One swipe of the chain saw.

This company just attempts to blow the leaves onto grass and tries to cut grass (instead of picking up and bagging the leaves). The problem is there is still tons of leaves left in the shrubbery and also many parts of the leaves blown onto the grass aren't fully cut, so they blow back onto the patio and other parts of the house. After talking with Alfredo (owner) on the phone, he tried to say that is how he does it. But this is OBVIOUSLY the lazy way to try and remove leaves from a property. The house doesn't look good, and he is attempting to charge for services that still don't remove the leaves from the property. Look elsewhere for a landscaping company

These are the best arborists I have worked with and I have worked with some fine arborists over…read moretime. I don't understand the other review that was left because I have been using them for a few years now and I have never had calls to complain or have worry at all. They are professional. They show up on time for their appointments and they don't block neighbors driveways. They are champion climbers and safety is always the first thing with them and they are very careful with my garden and I have extensive gardens along with giant trees. They also care for the trees that need inoculation and they are good enough to give me wood chips when I need it, although usually I generate enough tree trimming twice a year that I just have them chip my own wood from trimming. I will also note that they have come in at the end of each job they have done for me under the original estimate. I think that's wonderful. I use them on average twice a year. If I have an emergency they are out in a jiffy. Another thing they did last fall that was a help to me was hang up a flying squirrel box because my husband was so busy and had never gotten hung up. Anyway, in case you haven't noticed already, I can't say enough positive things about this company. I have referred them to several people who have also been pleased.

I walked over to introduce myself and held out my hand to shake it. He didn't shake my hand and looked past me at my friends sawing the tree and asked if that was it. I turned to where he was pointing and looked back to tell him I wanted estimates for the other two trees and he was walking away back to his truck. Highly unprofessional. This was in 2014 if I remember correctly. I'm currently looking again for tree service and saw this company pop up and it still irritates me how he treated me as a customer so I decided to finally leave a review. Stay away.
