I walked over to introduce myself and held out my hand to shake it. He didn't shake my hand and looked past me at my friends sawing the tree and asked if that was it. I turned to where he was pointing and looked back to tell him I wanted estimates for the other two trees and he was walking away back to his truck. Highly unprofessional. This was in 2014 if I remember correctly. I'm currently looking again for tree service and saw this company pop up and it still irritates me how he treated me as a customer so I decided to finally leave a review. Stay away.

With the car, it's like he turned back time to when it was brand new, and the house looks like it has just been painted instead of just cleaned. His pricing was beyond reasonable (even when you figure in the credit card surcharge) and he shows up when he says he will, complete with automated appointment reminders. All you have to do is be home and let him know if you can provide access to power and water. We will definitely have him back regularly.

I had a small leak happening so Jesse's team came out and checked it out and decided it needed to be resealed. I have a flat roof, and these things happen. A week or 2 after the work was done, a water spot formed downstairs in my ceiling and I called them right away. They came out as soon as it stopped raining to check it out and fix it. They found out the problem was not my roof, but on my neighbors, so there's nothing they could do, right? Wrong, they worked out a deal to help us get my neighbors roof fixed immediately so that the problem would not get worse over the next 3 days of rain we are expecting I have no patience for dealing with home related problems, and I try to find companies that care about their reputation and the quality of their work for this exact reason. I'm sure I could have had it done cheaper, but no cheap labor is going to care enough to go as far above and beyond as Jesse and his team have. They are now solid on my holiday gift list and the only people I will call for roof problems.

The jobsite was kept clean, refuse removed daily, and totally examined after completion to make sure there was nothing missed. The quote I received was detailed and specific with materials and I had the option of accepting parts or all, as I deemed needed. The work was done every day until finished except for a few heavy rain days. The work area was tarped if not completely done at the end of the work day. The work took the time estimated and the crew really went out of their way to overcome a lot of challenges. Best roofer I could hire and totally thrilled with a beautiful roof that no longer leaks.

After 18 months they refused to come back and now more than 25 percent of shrubs are dead. The boss Andrew lied to me and said they don't do landscaping anymore and they have no responsibility. Within days of contacting First Class Lawn care, Andrew was responsive and they had a team out to our house. It was in a very tight spot, in a city setting. They weren't able to use a bucket truck because it wouldn't fit in the driveway. So the tree had to be climbed and cut down to size. It was an amazing thing to see, one climber, Jason, did the entire job with the help of two or three other crew who assisted, and did clean up. They were incredibly precise, having to maneuver in a tight space, surrounded by wires and other property. Not one wire came down, not one thing was damaged, and it was done in a ONE day! It started raining in the morning, even a little thunder and they just kept going. These people are absolute professionals, friendly, respectful, honest, and fairly priced. We got an original quote, and did not change the quote one bit once they got there and realized the amount of work that had to go into it, without the bucket.
