I got their Cloud 9 subscription and took the car through their wash a few times and started noticing swirl marks all over the paint. These swirl marks are clearly visible when you look closely but they are not easily captured in pictures. The soft touch brushes they use are not gentle enough for a new vehicle and the damage is unacceptable. What's even more frustrating is that management is denying any responsibility or accountability for the damage caused. There's usually a person to begin the pre-wash of your truck as it's pulled through and the brushes and cleaning compounds that use do an amazing job and have your vehicle looking Factory clean and Shining like new. The staff here are incredibly friendly and their deal for washing a vehicle is second to none. Not only do I recommend this place I have recommended this place to everyone I know I hope they open more of these, and the fact that it's equal family just makes it all the better. Overall…read morefacility was easy to use however $5.00 to start the system and dial for soap did not provide the soap and water was absolutely freezing. We stopped using it and shut it off. If there is away to adjust the temperature instructions would be and should be posted otherwise a warning sign should be posted. Would love to hear back from you as I said previously system was easy to use but water temperature not suitable for pets. Rating reflects this.

I am writing this to spare others of my experience…read more Erik damaged my car speakers in my Mercedes G550 by his careless action of spraying vapour in my speakers without asking me. For what reason I still don't know. Erik and his company MEDS Detailing claim to be a water free company and that he has never had an insurance claim on his website but these seem to be nothing more than marketing gimmicks and omissions of the truth. I would be very surprised if that was true that he even carries corporate damage liability insurance. Here's what happened to my near $100,000 vehicle. Erik at first sounded like he was going to be helpful after I received my car back from him after paying nearly $300 for a mobile detail and more vehicle was making extremely loud popping and blowing up sounds from the speakers. Even when the car was off. It was obvious he damaged my electrical components with his vapour. However after I called Erik again to let him know the problem was still there Erik's tone changed and he dodged giving me his private cell phone number and told me that calling his business line was the best way to reach him. I asked him why he wouldn't give me his private line considering there was damage done to my vehicle. He said that I have his business line and that should suffice. I was a bit concerned and I expressed that to him but I made the mistake of trusting him. I called again the next day to let Erik know the update for my vehicle and that we are going to need to open a claim for the diagnostics and Erik instantly hung up the phone on me. As soon as I politely said the word claim, he hung up on me. Then I called back numerous times thinking the call had dropped. To my disbelief it seemed he intentionally hung up on me. Erik refused to answer now after I called again which was very concerning. I am not sure if he actually carries insurance with his company. I am now seeking legal action against him and the damage he caused. I love my car and I even told him how much I loved this vehicle and it's regretfully obvious now has no interest in being responsible for his actions. I really wish I never went to MEDS Detailing because now I am going to pay for a lawyer to claim damages against him and his company. This is going to be a huge waste or time but justice needs to be served. I am only writing this so that other people don't have their vehicles damaged from Erik's novice attention to detail, and more than that, so that others don't have to encounter this type of charloten who takes money from people after ruining their property and doesn't even have the kindness in their heart to stay accountable to their mistakes. Always know who you are dealing with.
