No soap, then when I went to tell the attendant he wouldn't even get off his phone to help me. Never going back. Has gone so down hill.

We used your facility today for the pet wash. Tried to locate attendant but no luck. Overall facility was easy to use however $5.00 to start the system and dial for soap did not provide the soap and water was absolutely freezing. We stopped using it and shut it off. If there is away to adjust the temperature instructions would be and should be posted otherwise a warning sign should be posted. Would love to hear back from you as I said previously system was easy to use but water temperature not suitable for pets. Rating reflects this. read more

They only have cold water, the soap doesn't work and when they were asked for help, they couldn't speak English and shook his head and walked away. Terrible place. read more

We had the same experience where we just rinsed our car off and then selected stop. We were literally there 5 mins! Double checked that the water stopped and looked at the total which was $7.20 then we get a notification from our banking that they charged us $19.20. We also went back and the attendant wasn't remotely willing to make it right! He mentioned that a lot of people have the same problem and it's a mangement issue...definitely will not return! read more

OMG, suds car wash is totally a joke. 5 min car wash with no hot water cost $19.20. I went back to complain the the attendant said it's min charge, I said I hit stop once I was done and he had the nerve multiple times I did not hit stop even though the water shut off, the debit machine showed an X that the system shut down, he still said it wasn't shut down. Totally disappointed with this car wash, I'd recommend not visiting this car wash. Please pass this on so others don't get ripped off. I'm sure others in that car wash washing their cars herd my conversation with the attendant but he had no interest in correcting the situation. read more

Charged my credit card $49. for $15. wash. Washed small truck and trailer, wife did the trailer at the same time ($15. on her card) I did the truck, showed $15 on machine but billed $49 on card. read more

This used to be a great place to wash your vehicle. I spent almost $30 to wash my truck just to have to go to another car wash to get it clean. The pathetic soap brush, the spray soap that didnt power off the dust (yes dust not caked on mud) and the rinse all managed to leave a soap scum. To top it all off, the attendant was blind to my questions and concerns...never returning! read more

No hot water!!! What car wash uses cold water? Could not get ice off my truck. Used to be my "go to" car wash and now I won't go back. Put 2 EXTRA pre-authorizations through on my card after I left and 2 EXTRA billings for $18 total. Do not go there! Called to complain and could not get help and was told to call for manager next week. Will be going in person to get full refund. read more

I don't even bother thinking about using this place. Most of the time their drive-through wash is broken. Like do you CARE enough to get the damn machine fixed EVER?? So instead you drive inside and wash it yourself. GUARANTEED the change machine will be broken. Or the vacuum in the bay you choose. Clearly, no one gives a crap about keeping things running here. They should just sell the place and tear down the building and put something useful here run by a competent owner who isn't just sucking cash flow for bare minimum investment. Go elsewhere. There are tons of good car wash bays in town. read more

Well I have decided to take my business else where , I have been going to this car wash for as long as I remember always have been happy ....until I wasn't . I have noticed that a dollar will no longer let you get water on ALL sides of your car with out running out in the middle , I have also complained about the amount of soap being dispensed as there is hardly any . I told the attendant and all he said oh ok Ill look at it .....it was just the non caring attitude and he really didn't care. read more

This has been our go to carwash for 3 years now. I found out about this place when my fiance told me about it(he lived in Okotoks most of his life). Even now that we live in Calgary we still come to Suds to get both our vehicles cleaned. We have tried so many carwash places(touchless and manual) in Calgary and none have really impressed us. Suds is a do-it-yourself carwash that accepts credit cards (super convenient for us)! I hated bringing change and having to run out of it and not able to finish washing my car - so I was just super happy about that. Suds also has tons of options on it's wash/cleaning dials which is great. Their vaccums are actually pretty strong as well. They also have a doggy wash beside the car wash, but I have never tried it, so not sure if it's any good. Everytime we visit it is always busy and there's usually a line-up, which just means people love this carwash! So I definitely recommend it when you're in Okotoks or if you live super far in the Calgary SE (likes us) that driving to the carwash isn't too bad. read more

I wash my work truck here once a week. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and well maintained. In my opinion it's the best wand wash in Okotoks. read more

We have been going to Suds for years. NO MORE!! Today washed our truck and it had a film / residue all over it. Told Attendant and he said oh ya we've been having problems with that for quite awhile. No concession or solution was offered. Terrible Horrible no good very bad .....if you could give a minus rating we would. read more
