For a simple oil change, you wait at least two hours. They don't listen to your concerns. Always trying to make an extra buck even though you spent huge money there. their customer service is poor. The last car we bought from Honda anytime we dropped it off. It would come out with a complete cleaning. I find that very respectful and great customer service. I don't usually leave ratings but I guess I am just that disappointed that I felt the need to.

Within a week of getting the vehicle, the check engine light came on and shortly after it wouldn't start. It had to be towed back to the dealership, where the engine was replaced with a used one. Just two days after getting it back, the car broke down again and required another tow and repair. Even now, the car continues to show problems. I have a baby and a toddler and often drive on highways -- I do not feel safe in this vehicle. I paid for towing out of pocket, and if it weren't for the insurance I purchased, I would have been left with a broken car. I tried to work with the salesperson and management to undo the deal or replace the vehicle, but my messages went unanswered. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I was pleased to be able to pull in immediately, (sooooooooooooo carefully, so as not to pin my flagger against the wall with my truck... the fear is real!), and delighted in the cheerful banter with Cam, as he started a customer profile for me. Scott was quietly efficient, as he went about the mechanical tasks and mysteries under my truck's hood, and before I had even settled to open my phone to tell my next meeting that I might be slightly delayed, he was asking if I'd like him to top up my coolant, as it was a bit low, and mentioning to keep watch on my transmission levels, as the clamp wears with age.
