I left work early a week ago to get home and be set up ready to go... Nothing, no call. I texted, emailed, left messages nothing. Ghosted, like the teenagers do. Still no communication (complete Crickets). I'm so sorry I sent our info and now feel exposed by this terrible experience. I had two instances where they: #1 - quoted the deal and proposed a term sheet #2 - completed a cumbersome due diligence and scheduled a closing date #3 - rejected the loan the day before closing One loan was for $700,000 or 50% LTV The other loan was for $4mm or 40% LTV How do these guys screw up low leverage deals when the DSCR is well over 1.5? A completely incompetent and dishonest group. A guy named Mike M was such a lazy dude from California who screwed up everything he did for me. tell you one thing... change it to something else with just made up reasons. It's the most unprofessional lender around besides the Hard Money and MCA thieves in NYC.... but not too far from that. F Velocity!!!!
