Eek! How much damage did Mooneem cost me? Thousands. After promising me a smooth workflow, and weekly reports, and oversight by management, I got zip. This is basically an off shore data entry business with very little oversight by the USA managers. I hired them to be the virtual bookkeeper. What I got was virtually nothing more than data entry. The cash flow reports were worthless 90% of the time due to the lack of managment oversight. Shame on me. I would consider this a hustle because all the Customer Service I received was really just Lip Service. I DO NOT recommend for any serious entrepreneur need a true bookkeeper that understands the basics. read more

After getting an incredibly high estimate they reneged on official quote and said that I did not understand yet I have it in an email. This one is long over due. I have been with Mooneem for over three years now and they always wow me, especially as we approach the end of the year. But, this year, I made it a point to rate them. I have been in business for almost 20 years, and I have never had a bookkeeper or accountant be so diligent to make sure that I take care of my books before the end of the year. Every year, in December, they send me a list of vendors from whom I have not received the W9s. Every week, I get an AP report for all the bills that I need to pay. Then, I mark what to pay and they pay them. Every 10th of the month, I get my financials. They send me all kinds of reminders for sales tax returns, property tax, business license, you name it. Who does that? It is January 27th and we are ready to file our taxes... just waiting for all the 1099s from the financial institutions to make sure their numbers match ours. These guys know what they are doing and go above and beyond to take care of their clients... all you need to do is email or call them. read more
